personero de Pitalito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n sancion\u00f3 con\u00a0<strong>destituci\u00f3n e inhabilidad de diez a\u00f1os al personero de Pitalito<\/strong>, Hernando Reyes, por violar el r\u00e9gimen de incompatibilidades.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fallo de primera instancia, la Procuradur\u00eda Regional del Huila con funci\u00f3n especial de Juzgamiento&nbsp;<strong>estableci\u00f3 que el funcionario se posesion\u00f3 a pesar de estar inhabilitado&nbsp;<\/strong>para participar en el concurso de m\u00e9ritos convocado para proveer el cargo, pues&nbsp;<strong>el a\u00f1o anterior a su elecci\u00f3n firm\u00f3 dos contratos con entidades del municipio.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los contratos firmados por Reyes Liscano consist\u00edan en<strong>&nbsp;brindar soporte t\u00e9cnico a los equipos de comunicaciones del Instituto Municipal de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte -Intrapitalito-<\/strong>, y efectuar una campa\u00f1a para la promoci\u00f3n de la salud y prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades, este \u00faltimo suscrto con la ESE Manuel castro Tovar.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el Ministerio P\u00fablico<strong>&nbsp;el funcionario no manifest\u00f3 que se encontraba inhabilitado&nbsp;<\/strong>para ocupar el cargo, raz\u00f3n por la cual, \u201c<em>defraud\u00f3 la confianza de las personas encargadas de analizar sus antecedentes como participante, y afect\u00f3 gravemente la igualdad de condiciones en relaci\u00f3n con los otros participantes del concurso<\/em>\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tal motivo el \u00f3rgano de control lo encontr\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>responsable de dos cargos disciplinarios<\/strong>&nbsp;que fueron calificados como faltas grav\u00edsimas cometidas a t\u00edtulo de dolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo fue apelado por la defensa del sancionado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
