La estrategia del Gobierno Municipal para construir,<strong> mejorar o adecuar la malla vial de la ciudad, <\/strong>liderada por el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, permitir\u00e1 ahora, <strong>habilitar una v\u00eda, que mejorar\u00e1 la movilidad en el norte de Neiva y que se hab\u00eda convertido en uno de los dep\u00f3sitos ilegales de escombros<\/strong> m\u00e1s grande de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de la<strong> Transversal S\u00e9ptima, v\u00eda ubicada contigua al aeropuerto de la ciudad, y que conecta la Calle 64,<\/strong> cerca al Centro Comercial \u00danico, con la Calle 55, a la altura de la Carrera S\u00e9ptima. La v\u00eda que <strong>se encuentra en total abandono<\/strong> y que por a\u00f1os se ha utilizado como una escombrera, permitir\u00e1 descongestionar la movilidad en este sector de la ciudad, entre las comunas 1 y 2, y le dar\u00e1 una salida a los barrios Municipal y El Cortijo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u201cSe est\u00e1n haciendo <strong>labores de limpieza por parte de la Secretaria de Infraestructura<\/strong>, y se van a pavimentar alrededor de 500 metros lineales en un solo sentido\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Secretario de Infraestructura Camilo Alejandro Manchola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario agreg\u00f3 que<strong> est\u00e1 v\u00eda tendr\u00e1 un ancho de siete metros donde se brindar\u00e1 alternativas <\/strong>para que los conductores que se residan al norte del municipio puedan contar con una v\u00eda alterna para su desplazamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construcci\u00f3n de esta v\u00eda, <strong>evitar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s que se siga utilizando como escombrera y generar\u00e1 seguridad <\/strong>a este sector que por a\u00f1os ha sido un escenario para el consumo de sustancias alucin\u00f3genas, y dep\u00f3sito de basuras, que a su vez llamaban la presencia de animales carro\u00f1eros y vectores transmisores de enfermedades como el dengue, zika y chikungu\u00f1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 fundamental el apoyo en este proyecto de la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente y Desarrollo Rural Sostenible, no solo en la adecuaci\u00f3n del entorno, sino adem\u00e1s en la generaci\u00f3n de condiciones con las autoridades, para que el sector no siga siendo utilizado como escombrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las obras en el sector ya iniciaron y se espera que a la obra sea entregada a la comunidad y <strong>puesta en funcionamiento en el mes de diciembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva sigue en su prop\u00f3sito de generar \u00abV\u00edas para la dignificaci\u00f3n de los neivanos\u201d.
