Neiva, logran en el barrio Chicala de la comuna uno, la recuperaci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo y la captura de un sujeto de 29 a\u00f1os de edad por el delito de falsedad marcar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs de anotar que este sujeto, se movilizaba en un veh\u00edculo marca KIA de color gris, en el cual sus n\u00fameros de identificaci\u00f3n se encontraban alterados y su placa con inconsistencias\u201d, indicaron las autoridades en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El capturado, y el veh\u00edculo, fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n por el delito de Falsedad Marcar\u00eda, a esperas que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas un juez de la rep\u00fablica defina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abInvitamos a la ciudadan\u00eda, a que en el momento de realizar alguna compraventa de un veh\u00edculo se acerquen a las instalaciones de la SIJIN con el prop\u00f3sito de que personal experto, verifique su originalidad, legalidad y procedencia por medio de la verificaci\u00f3n de sus sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n, esto evitara que usted se vea inmerso en conductas delictivas de Falsedad Marcar\u00eda, que de acuerdo al c\u00f3digo penal, al tratarse de un medio motorizado, establece una pena entre los sesenta y cuatro (64) a ciento cuarenta y cuatro (144) meses de prisi\u00f3n y multa de uno punto
