{"id":58453,"date":"2023-08-17T14:45:13","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T19:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=58453"},"modified":"2023-08-17T14:45:14","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T19:45:14","slug":"procuraduria-rechaza-el-anuncio-del-eln-sobre-nuevo-paro-armado-en-choco-y-pide-acciones-urgentes-al-gobierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procuraduria-rechaza-el-anuncio-del-eln-sobre-nuevo-paro-armado-en-choco-y-pide-acciones-urgentes-al-gobierno\/","title":{"rendered":"Procuradur\u00eda rechaza el anuncio del ELN sobre nuevo paro armado en Choc\u00f3 y pide acciones urgentes al Gobierno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&nbsp;La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>rechaz\u00f3 el anuncio de un nuevo paro armado en la regi\u00f3n chocoana de Medio San Juan, hecho por el grupo armado ilegal ELN&nbsp;<\/strong>y le pidi\u00f3 al Gobierno intervenci\u00f3n urgente para proteger a esas comunidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a esta grave situaci\u00f3n, que tiene a&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de 25.000 familias confinadas y sin posibilidades de acceso a alimentaci\u00f3n, salud y educaci\u00f3n,<\/strong>&nbsp;el Procurador Delegado para los Derechos Humanos,&nbsp;Javier Sarmiento Olarte, hizo un&nbsp;<strong>llamado al Gobierno Nacional para que cumpla con su deber constitucional de proteger la vida<\/strong>&nbsp;y los derechos de estas personas y<strong>&nbsp;revise las implicaciones de estos paros y acciones armadas, en las negociaciones que se adelantan con esos grupos al margen de la ley.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cLa poblaci\u00f3n civil no puede seguir&nbsp; siendo la v\u00edctima de los enfrentamientos entre grupos armados ilegales que han manifestado su presunta voluntad de paz. Ni como Estado, ni como sociedad, podemos admitir ni permitir la ocurrencia de estos hechos\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;asegur\u00f3 el Delegado Sarmiento
