{"id":58921,"date":"2023-08-24T07:16:44","date_gmt":"2023-08-24T12:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=58921"},"modified":"2023-08-24T07:16:52","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T12:16:52","slug":"a-buen-ritmo-avanza-construccion-de-redes-subterraneas-en-la-avenida-de-oriente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/a-buen-ritmo-avanza-construccion-de-redes-subterraneas-en-la-avenida-de-oriente\/","title":{"rendered":"A buen ritmo avanza construcci\u00f3n de redes subterr\u00e1neas en la Avenida de Oriente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n del sistema de redes de saneamiento b\u00e1sico sobre la proyecci\u00f3n de la avenida Circunvalar del Oriente, sobre la Comuna 6 de la ciudad de Neiva, incrementar\u00e1 el indicador de cobertura en el suministro de agua potable y saneamiento b\u00e1sico en donde se instalar\u00e1 un total de 4.595 metros de tuber\u00eda de diferentes di\u00e1metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos esfuerzos mancomunados que ha hecho esta administraci\u00f3n para avanzar en lo concerniente a la avenida del Oriente son importantes, siempre que esta obra beneficiar\u00e1 a la ciudad en el mediano y largo plazo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el supervisor designado por Las Ceibas &#8211; Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, Carlos Fernando Pinz\u00f3n Mac\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la zona de influencia del proyecto, se benefician directamente 75.135 habitantes, adem\u00e1s de asegurar que en el largo plazo beneficie a los nuevos desarrollos urban\u00edsticos que se establezcan en la Comuna, especialmente aquellas \u00e1reas incorporadas en el POT como Ley 1537 de 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl beneficio que se le da a la comunidad es grande porque se van a mejorar las aguas, tanto las que llegan sucias como las que tienen que ver con desechos, para que no haya malos olores en las viviendas. Obviamente se beneficia la comunidad, en las casas ya no habr\u00e1 olores raros de aguas negras o de alcantarillado que tengan olores malucos, ya habr\u00e1 un desemboque a donde lleguen las aguas negras; por eso se mete la tuber\u00eda del alcantarillado\u201d, aseguro Carlos Merlano, habitante del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del cr\u00e9dito gestionado por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, esta obra se financi\u00f3 con esos recursos por un valor de 4.640.326.247,55 pesos, lo que ha permitido tener un avance f\u00edsico de obra, en acueducto un 95% en alcantarillado de aguas lluvias un 90% y del alcantarillado sanitario un 5% con un avance financiero de $3.867.342.760, incluida la interventor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"58924\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-08-23-at-8.01.30-PM-1-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58924\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"58925\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-08-23-at-8.01.30-PM-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58925\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"58923\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-08-23-at-8.01.29-PM-1-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58923\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, y con algunas modificaciones que se presentaron conforme se revisaron los dise\u00f1os originales de la red de acueducto, se verific\u00f3 que la red a instalar seg\u00fan niveles aplicados en campo y comparados con el perfil de la v\u00eda, la tuber\u00eda en algunos tramos quedar\u00eda por fuera del terreno existente, lo cual al momento de vibrocompactar la rasante de la v\u00eda para pavimentarla, se corre el riesgo de estropearla o da\u00f1arla porque quedar\u00eda superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto al alcantarillado sanitario, algunos cambios realizados se deben a la proyecci\u00f3n de la conexi\u00f3n de la red de aguas negras provenientes de Creando, esta red llega al pozo inicial proyectado en el contrato de obra, lo que gener\u00f3 que se cambiar\u00e1n los di\u00e1metros de tuber\u00eda y quedara una constante de 24\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior incide en las profundidades que aumentaron porque el pozo inicial quedo aproximadamente a siete metros, lo que gener\u00f3 mayores cantidades de obra. En cuanto a la red de alcantarillado de aguas lluvias, el cajeo parcial sobre la calzada norte determin\u00f3 que se instalar\u00eda sobre el mismo eje, determinando, de igual forma, que la ca\u00edda a recibir aumentar\u00eda debido a los drenajes superficiales de terrenos aleda\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con lo anterior y en virtud de dichos ajustes presentados en el contrato interadministrativo No. 2122 de 2021, se hace un adicional de $2.249.640.352.35, recursos que permitir\u00e1n atender la instalaci\u00f3n de accesorios de la red de acueducto, tambi\u00e9n se construir\u00e1n 600 metros lineales de red de aguas lluvias, en di\u00e1metro de 24 pulgadas, y la construcci\u00f3n de la red de alcantarillado sanitario para un gran total de 6.889.966.599 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y la dinamizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda local tambi\u00e9n han beneficiado a la comunidad.
