{"id":59340,"date":"2023-08-30T14:39:38","date_gmt":"2023-08-30T19:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=59340"},"modified":"2023-08-30T14:39:41","modified_gmt":"2023-08-30T19:39:41","slug":"cayo-presunto-asesino-en-garzon-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cayo-presunto-asesino-en-garzon-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"Cay\u00f3 presunto asesino en Garz\u00f3n, Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN del Huila captur\u00f3 al presunto autor material del homicidio de Nelson Andr\u00e9s Valderrama ocurrido en el barrio Julio Bahamon de Garz\u00f3n el pasado 20 de julio del 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n adelantada por la Polic\u00eda Judicial el homicidio con arma de fuego se habr\u00eda cometido por temas de microtr\u00e1fico en posibles disputas por estas rentas criminales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La importante captura del presunto homicida se da en el marco del Plan Choque Seguridad 360 que adelanta la Polic\u00eda en el departamento del Huila, punto el capturado fue presentado ante la Fiscal\u00eda 20 Seccional del municipio de Garz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp; sujeto que habr\u00eda cometido el homicidio presenta anotaciones en el Sistema Penal Oral Acusatorio como idiciado de hurto calificado, violencia contra servidor p\u00fablico y falsedad en documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El teniente coronel Henry Mu\u00f1oz manifest\u00f3 que esta importante captura obedece a la ofensiva que se adelanta&nbsp; en el Departamento del Huila contra la delincuencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN del Huila captur\u00f3 al presunto autor material del homicidio de Nelson Andr\u00e9s Valderrama ocurrido en el barrio Julio Bahamon de Garz\u00f3n el pasado 20 de julio del 2022.
