Seg\u00fan el reporte de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, s\u00f3lo cinco mil neivanos se acogieron a dicho beneficio, arrojando un recaudo superior a los $3.500 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTodav\u00eda nos quedan alrededor de 52.000 contribuyentes que no se han acogido a los descuentos. Hay personas que desde el a\u00f1o 2018 no han pagado\u00bb, dijo Jaime Ram\u00edrez Plazas, secretario de Hacienda de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nueva oportunidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el proyecto de acuerdo que fue presentado al Concejo de Neiva, se estableci\u00f3 fijar la \u00faltima fecha de pago, comprendida desde el 1\u00b0 hasta el 30 de septiembre. Esta nueva oportunidad viene con un descuento del 5% s\u00f3lo para los contribuyentes que deban el impuesto del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTerminando el 30 de septiembre se acabar\u00e1n las posibilidades de descuento e iniciaremos el proceso de cobro persuasivo y coactivo a los deudores morosos que no se acogieron a ninguno de los descuentos ni las modalidades de acuerdo de pago que les ofreci\u00f3 la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal\u00bb, agreg\u00f3 el Secretario de Hacienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-09-01-at-8.14.35-PM-1024x631.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59522\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el descuento del 5% en el pago del impuesto predial de 2023, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva espera tener un recaudo de m\u00e1s de 14.000 millones de pesos. Actualmente el municipio tiene en su lista de contribuyentes un total de 152 mil neivanos, de los cuales, hasta la fecha 107 mil se han puesto al d\u00eda con sus obligaciones econ\u00f3micas con la Alcald\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSi no aceptan que al 30 de septiembre paguen el impuesto, procederemos a dictarles el embargo de los bienes y los notificamos a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Instrumentos P\u00fablicos del embargo de los bienes, lo que quiere decir que esos bienes saldr\u00e1n de circulaci\u00f3n del mercado\u00bb, puntializ\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez Plazas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hasta el 30 de agosto se ofreci\u00f3 el descuento del 12% para el pago del impuesto predial del a\u00f1o 2023.
