all\u00ed, hab\u00eda sido citada la v\u00edctima, un agricultor del municipio de Garz\u00f3n quien fue contactado v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica por un hombre que se identific\u00f3 como integrante del Grupo Armado Organizado residual Jorge Brice\u00f1o y le exig\u00eda 20 millones de pesos a cambio de permitirle seguir en la zona con su actividad productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera llamada el hombre citaba a su v\u00edctima al Tolima para acordar el aporte econ\u00f3mico, en una segunda comunicaci\u00f3n y ante la solicitud del agricultor le asegura que para colaborarle le rebaja a $5.000.000, suma que deb\u00eda entregar en el municipio de Algeciras, finalmente la exigencia se queda en $7.000.000 los cuales deb\u00edan ser entregados al supuesto comandante Guti\u00e9rrez en el municipio de Gigante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre fue capturado en flagrancia cuando se dispon\u00eda a recibir el dinero producto de las acciones intimidatorias; en su poder le fue hallado un equipo celular y una hoja de papel con varios n\u00fameros telef\u00f3nicos que ser\u00edan de las v\u00edctimas de las llamadas extorsivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencias preliminares le fue decretada la legalidad de la captura y proferida medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en establecimiento carcelario por el presunto delito de extorsi\u00f3n con circunstancias de agravaci\u00f3n
