{"id":61069,"date":"2023-09-26T10:50:07","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T15:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=61069"},"modified":"2023-09-26T10:50:08","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T15:50:08","slug":"secretaria-de-movilidad-de-neiva-a-frenar-el-transporte-ilegal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/secretaria-de-movilidad-de-neiva-a-frenar-el-transporte-ilegal\/","title":{"rendered":"Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad de Neiva a \u2018frenar\u2019 el transporte ilegal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Supertransportes indic\u00f3 que el organismo de tr\u00e1nsito municipal debe elaborar un cronograma anual donde se programen todos los operativos de control a la informalidad e ilegalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de sancionar con la inmovilizaci\u00f3n el veh\u00edculo que sea utilizado para un servicio diferente del que tiene la licencia de tr\u00e1nsito y cancelar la licencia de conducci\u00f3n cuando se sorprenda a un conductor reincidente en el transporte ilegal o informal de pasajeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad nacional se\u00f1al\u00f3 es inaudito que la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad no tenga un convenio con la Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transportes de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, para reforzar la planta de persona de guardas de tr\u00e1nsito y poder adelantar operativos contra la ilegalidad en el transporte de pasajeros. \u201cLa ausencia de tal convenio se considera problem\u00e1tico, en la medida que contar con este les permitir\u00eda aumentar el pie de fuerza en la ciudad para, de esta manera, poder abarcar diferentes estrategias\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Supertransportes indic\u00f3 que el organismo de tr\u00e1nsito municipal debe elaborar un cronograma anual donde se programen todos los operativos de control a la informalidad e ilegalidad.
