Es as\u00ed como los conductores de taxis de la capital del Huila visitaron todos sus monumentos y museos, y recibieron una rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica de cada uno de ellos. La formaci\u00f3n se dio gracias a la alianza entre la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo Departamental, el SENA y la polic\u00eda de turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVenimos realizando un trabajo articulado desde la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo, con la polic\u00eda de turismo y el SENA, donde capacitamos un grupo de taxistas del aeropuerto de la ciudad de Neiva, de cara a la atenci\u00f3n al turista. Ellos son el primer contacto que tienen los turistas cuando llegan, y lo que hemos querido es que a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n y capacitaciones con el SENA, los formamos en esa orientaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica para fortalecer a estos prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos\u201d, explic\u00f3 Oscar Eduardo Trujillo Cuenca, Secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los taxistas que se capacitaron en manejo de informaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica regional y en servicio al cliente, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer un buen servicio, y lograr un valor agregado, tambien generan seguridad y confianza a los turistas y pasajeros que llegan a la capital opita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente estos taxistas capacitados se podr\u00e1n encontrar en un blog virtual para que la gente pueda identificar los taxistas que se capacitaron y acceder a toda la informaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s, todo esto con el fin de ofrecerle al turista informaci\u00f3n de calidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta capacitaci\u00f3n en temas tur\u00edsticos y atenci\u00f3n al cliente mejoran la calidad del servicio, y motiva a que los turistas se queden en la ciudad.
