{"id":6147,"date":"2020-09-18T04:41:36","date_gmt":"2020-09-18T09:41:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=6147"},"modified":"2020-09-18T04:41:38","modified_gmt":"2020-09-18T09:41:38","slug":"bares-de-neiva-podran-vender-licor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/bares-de-neiva-podran-vender-licor\/","title":{"rendered":"Bares de Neiva podr\u00e1n vender licor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bajo previa autorizaci\u00f3n por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, <strong>los bares, restaurantes y gastrobares de la ciudad, podr\u00e1n empezar a vender licor en las mesas.<\/strong> As\u00ed lo determin\u00f3 el Gobierno Nacional, tras autorizar al Municipio a habilitar planes pilotos de bioseguridad para el expendio de bebidas embriagantes en establecimientos comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autorizaci\u00f3n fue respuesta a una<strong> solicitud hecha por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva<\/strong>, para que estos establecimientos puedan vender licor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab<strong>El municipio de Neiva ha sido autorizado<\/strong> por parte del Ministerio del Interior, para realizar pruebas pilotos en bares y restaurantes con expendio de bebidas embriagantes, as\u00ed le fue notificado en la tarde de hoy al se\u00f1or Alcalde\u00bb, explic\u00f3 el secretario de Tic y Competitividad, Jos\u00e9 Alexander D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autorizaci\u00f3n previa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario aclar\u00f3 que la autorizaci\u00f3n del Gobierno Nacional no autoriza inmediatamente a los bares a vender licor. <strong>Se deben establecer planes pilotos que funcionar\u00e1n bajo protocolos de bioseguridad.<\/strong> \u00abPor ello se procede al mismo tr\u00e1mite administrativo que se ha venido realizando en el cual el municipio autoriza estos planes piloto a los establecimientos comerciales interesados en desarrollar esta actividad  econ\u00f3mica\u00bb, indic\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que para la autorizaci\u00f3n de venta de licor, deber\u00e1n inscribir en la p\u00e1gina web de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva www.alcaldianeiva.gov.co, al establecimiento con su respectivo protocolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abPor lo tanto, deben inscribirse en la p\u00e1gina de la Alcald\u00eda, subir los protocolos de bioseguridad, llenar la informaci\u00f3n que se requiere en la plataforma, de acuerdo a la Resoluci\u00f3n 1569 del Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social, la cual dicta los lineamientos para el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en restaurantes y bares; una vez se haga la revisi\u00f3n, se proceder\u00e1 a expedir los permisos respectivos para que los establecimientos comerciales puedan iniciar la realizaci\u00f3n de esta actividad econ\u00f3mica\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horarios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente el Secretario dijo que por ahora, mientras se eval\u00faa el comportamiento de la pandemia y los resultados de estos planes pilotos, estos establecimientos <strong>podr\u00e1n funcionar conforme al horario del pico y c\u00e9dula vigente<\/strong>, es decir,  hasta las 12 de la media noche.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bajo previa autorizaci\u00f3n por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, los bares, restaurantes y gastrobares de la ciudad, podr\u00e1n empezar a vender licor en las mesas.
