Algo muy particular, es que el partido Liberal tambi\u00e9n se queda con tres concejales, entre ellos solo repite Alejandro Serna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del concejal n\u00famero 19 solo queda esperar la decisi\u00f3n de H\u00e9ctor Javier Osorio Botello, quien obtuvo la segunda votaci\u00f3n a la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva.
