{"id":63162,"date":"2023-10-31T10:33:41","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T15:33:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=63162"},"modified":"2023-10-31T10:33:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-31T15:33:42","slug":"cruz-verde-suspende-dispensacion-de-medicamentos-no-pbs-a-eps-sanitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cruz-verde-suspende-dispensacion-de-medicamentos-no-pbs-a-eps-sanitas\/","title":{"rendered":"Cruz Verde suspende dispensaci\u00f3n de medicamentos no PBS a EPS Sanitas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La gestora farmac\u00e9utica Droguer\u00edas y Farmacias Cruz Verde inform\u00f3 este lunes que, debido a la deuda que tiene la EPS Sanitas con esa empresa, a partir del pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de noviembre dejar\u00e1 de suministrar medicamentos que no hacen parte del Plan de Beneficios en Salud (PBS) a los afiliados de esa aseguradora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde la entrada en vigencia de la metodolog\u00eda de Presupuestos M\u00e1ximos en Colombia, EPS Sanitas ha venido acumulando mensualmente una cartera por concepto de medicamentos e insumos No PBS del orden de los 400 mil millones de pesos. Tras m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os de negociaciones y de diversas solicitudes planteadas a la EPS Sanitas para generar un pago de la cartera adeudada, a la fecha, no ha sido posible su saneamiento. Cruz Verde no ha recibido por parte de dicha EPS un plan de pago, y, a la vez, la aseguradora ha desatendido los acuerdos a los que se hab\u00eda comprometido, situaci\u00f3n que hace insostenible el suministro desde las perspectivas financiera, legal y t\u00e9cnica\u201d, indic\u00f3 la entidad en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object usuarios, la EPS informa que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRechazamos la comunicaci\u00f3n de Cruz Verde por la afectaci\u00f3n que esto puede generar a nuestros afiliados, teniendo en cuenta que, seg\u00fan
