{"id":63699,"date":"2023-11-11T18:23:58","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T23:23:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=63699"},"modified":"2023-11-11T18:23:58","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T23:23:58","slug":"caen-presuntos-responsables-del-secuestro-de-los-padres-del-futbolista-luis-diaz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/caen-presuntos-responsables-del-secuestro-de-los-padres-del-futbolista-luis-diaz\/","title":{"rendered":"Caen presuntos responsables del secuestro de los padres del futbolista Luis D\u00edaz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n avanz\u00f3 con determinaci\u00f3n en el esclarecimiento del secuestro de los padres del futbolista Luis Fernando D\u00edaz Marulanda, ocurrido el pasado 28 de octubre en Barrancas (La Guajira).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Producto del trabajo articulado realizado por un equipo especializado de fiscales, el Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) y la Polic\u00eda Nacional, ser\u00e1n presentados ante jueces de control de garant\u00edas tres de los presuntos secuestradores de los se\u00f1ores Luis Manuel D\u00edaz y Cilenis Marulanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En diligencias realizadas la madrugada de hoy en Maicao (La Guajira), fueron capturadas dos de estas personas conocidas con los alias de Marlon y El Negro. Estas dos detenciones se suman a la de Yerdinson Jos\u00e9 Bol\u00edvar Bol\u00edvar, alias Arenca, materializada el pasado 31 de octubre en Barrancas (La Guajira).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este hombre har\u00eda parte del grupo delincuencial \u2018Los Primates\u2019 y fue imputado en su momento por el delito de concierto para delinquir. El martes 7 de noviembre, por petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda, recibi\u00f3 medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las pr\u00f3ximas horas, un fiscal GAULA de la Delegada para la Seguridad Territorial imputar\u00e1 a \u2018Marlon\u2019, \u2018El Negro\u2019 y \u2018Arenca\u2019, de acuerdo con su posible participaci\u00f3n en los hechos, delitos como secuestro simple y extorsivo, y hurto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los elementos de prueba dan cuenta de que los indiciados estar\u00edan involucrados en la planeaci\u00f3n y log\u00edstica del secuestro de los padres del futbolista. Al parecer, hicieron vigilancias y seguimientos para conocer los movimientos de las v\u00edctimas y establecer la forma en la que ser\u00edan enga\u00f1adas para posteriormente ser secuestradas.
