{"id":64253,"date":"2023-11-20T15:15:59","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T20:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=64253"},"modified":"2023-11-20T15:16:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T20:16:00","slug":"experta-ddhh-onu-llega-para-conocer-avances-en-la-implementacion-del-acuerdo-de-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/experta-ddhh-onu-llega-para-conocer-avances-en-la-implementacion-del-acuerdo-de-paz\/","title":{"rendered":"Experta DDHH-ONU llega para conocer avances en la implementaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La abogada experta en derechos humanos Antonia Urrejola estar\u00e1 del 20 al 28 de noviembre para identificar y verificar los obst\u00e1culos a la implementaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Paz de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su visita, Urrejola se reunir\u00e1 con altas autoridades del Gobierno, del Estado y miembros del cuerpo diplom\u00e1tico para continuar con el seguimiento a la implementaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Paz, que empez\u00f3 en su primera visita en septiembre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n mantendr\u00e1 reuniones con representantes de organizaciones de la sociedad civil, excombatientes en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n, parlamentarios, acad\u00e9micos, agencias y organismos de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su primera visita en septiembre, la abogada se reuni\u00f3 con representantes de instituciones del Estado como la Corte Constitucional, la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Especial para la Paz (JEP), la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ser\u00e1 la segunda visita de Urrejola a Colombia, desde que fuera nombrada el pasado 26 de julio por el alto comisionado de Naciones Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, Volker T\u00fcrk, a ra\u00edz de una solicitud del Consejo de Derechos Humanos de la ONU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La experta presentar\u00e1 los hallazgos preliminares de sus dos visitas en diciembre de 2023 y un informe al Consejo de Derechos Humanos de la ONU en marzo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonia Urrejola es abogada de la Universidad de Chile, con posgrado en Derechos Humanos y Justicia Transicional.
