{"id":64325,"date":"2023-11-22T06:57:18","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T11:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=64325"},"modified":"2023-11-22T06:57:19","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T11:57:19","slug":"en-estos-momentos-no-hemos-iniciado-proceso-de-reconocimiento-predial-directora-de-catastro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/en-estos-momentos-no-hemos-iniciado-proceso-de-reconocimiento-predial-directora-de-catastro\/","title":{"rendered":"En estos momentos no hemos iniciado proceso de reconocimiento predial: Directora de Catastro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral quiere informarle a la comunidad que actualmente se encuentran en la etapa pre-operativa y de alistamiento con la que posteriormente iniciaran con el sector de la Comuna 6 con los procesos de socializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMediante el Decreto 892 del 2023 se apertura al proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n catastral para la zona urbana y rural del municipio de Neiva, en estos momentos nos encontramos en la etapa pre-operativa y de alistamiento con la que posteriormente iniciaremos con el sector de la Comuna 6 con los procesos de socializaci\u00f3n donde haremos la comunicaci\u00f3n respectiva a los l\u00edderes y lideresas y a la comunidad en general de cuando se iniciar\u00e1 el proceso de reconocimiento predial\u201d, indic\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, invit\u00f3 a la comunidad a no creer en personas que est\u00e1n usando el nombre de la Direcci\u00f3n y Alcald\u00eda para estafarlos, cobr\u00e1ndoles supuestamente por el tr\u00e1mite de bajar el avalu\u00f3 catastral. Recordar que los tr\u00e1mites catastrales son gratuitos y cualquier tipo de informaci\u00f3n lo pueden consultar en la p\u00e1gina web de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva o en la oficina de Catastro ubicada en el segundo piso del edificio municipal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn esto hacemos \u00e9nfasis porque en estos momentos no hemos iniciado labores operativas y encontramos personas inescrupulosas que se est\u00e1n haciendo pasar o identificar como un ingeniero llamado Mauricio que les est\u00e1 haciendo el cobro por el tr\u00e1mite de bajar el avalu\u00f3 catastral, en estos momentos no tenemos personal, se debe tener el proceso de trazabilidad de socializaci\u00f3n con Las Juntas de Acci\u00f3n Comunal antes de iniciar el despliegue operativo de los reconocedores prediales\u201d,
