{"id":64961,"date":"2023-12-02T20:03:42","date_gmt":"2023-12-03T01:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=64961"},"modified":"2023-12-02T20:03:43","modified_gmt":"2023-12-03T01:03:43","slug":"capturadas-ocho-personas-implicadas-en-millonario-hurto-en-purificacion-tolima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturadas-ocho-personas-implicadas-en-millonario-hurto-en-purificacion-tolima\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturadas ocho personas implicadas en millonario hurto en Purificaci\u00f3n (Tolima)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En Neiva fue capturada una de las ocho personas se\u00f1aladas de ejecutar, presuntamente, el hurto de $11.000 millones de pesos de las cuentas de la Alcald\u00eda de Purificaci\u00f3n, Tolima, durante la noche de navidad en el a\u00f1o 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo fue liderado por miembros del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda, que captur\u00f3 a las otras siete personas en&nbsp; las ciudades de Medell\u00edn y Bucaramanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal les imput\u00f3 los delitos de hurto por medios inform\u00e1ticos, enriquecimiento il\u00edcito de particulares, concierto para delinquir y lavado de activos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la investigaci\u00f3n de las autoridades se cuenta con la trazabilidad de las m\u00faltiples transacciones que se realizaron a trav\u00e9s de la Banca Virtual de Bancolombia donde estas personas realizaron giros a cuentas propias, empresas ficticias o a nombre de personas de su entorno familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preliminarmente se conoci\u00f3 que las personas capturadas fueron identificadas como Alberto Atehort\u00faa, Juan Carlos G\u00f3mez, Michael Ceballos, Felipe V\u00e1squez, Hugo Benavides, Ang\u00e9lica Luna, Alexander Valencia y Luis Figueroa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n solicitar\u00e1 medida de aseguramiento contra estas personas al considerar que podr\u00edan entorpecer el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Neiva fue capturada una de las ocho personas se\u00f1aladas de ejecutar, presuntamente, el hurto de $11.000 millones de pesos de las cuentas de la Alcald\u00eda de Purificaci\u00f3n, Tolima, durante la noche de navidad en el a\u00f1o 2021.
