{"id":65376,"date":"2023-12-11T14:23:19","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T19:23:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=65376"},"modified":"2023-12-11T14:23:20","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T19:23:20","slug":"gustavo-petro-designo-a-vera-grabe-loewenherz-nueva-jefe-negociadora-del-gobierno-con-el-eln","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gustavo-petro-designo-a-vera-grabe-loewenherz-nueva-jefe-negociadora-del-gobierno-con-el-eln\/","title":{"rendered":"Gustavo Petro design\u00f3 a Vera Grabe Loewenherz, nueva jefe negociadora del Gobierno con el ELN."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n No. 386 de 2023, el presidente Gustavo Petro nombr\u00f3 a la exsenadora y exintegrante del M-19, Vera Grabe Loewenherz como la nueva jefe negociadora del gobierno en los di\u00e1logos con el ELN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La antrop\u00f3loga, exsenadora y antigua integrante del M-19 Vera Grabe Loewenherz ha sido designada por el Gobierno como nueva jefe de la Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3n con el Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional (ELN), en reemplazo de Otty Pati\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n No. 386 de 2023 establece \u201cdesignar como representante del Gobierno Nacional para participar en el desarrollo de la Mesa de Di\u00e1logos con miembros representantes del Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional \u2013 ELN, y con car\u00e1cter de jefe de la Delegaci\u00f3n a la doctora Vera Grabe Loewenherz\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vera Grabe entra a reemplazar a Otty Pati\u00f1o, quien se posesion\u00f3 el pasado 5 de diciembre como Consejero Comisionado de Paz de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, tras la salida de esta cartera de Danilo Rueda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Mesa de Di\u00e1logos de Paz con el ELN se retom\u00f3 el pasado 30 de noviembre en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Vera Grabe Loewenherz es doctora en Paz, Democracia y Conflicto de la Universidad de Granada (Espa\u00f1a), y mag\u00edster en Historia de la Universidad de Los Andes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milit\u00f3 durante 16 a\u00f1os en el Movimiento 19 de Abril (M-19) y particip\u00f3 de las conversaciones de paz con el gobierno de Virgilio Barco entre 1989 y 1990.
