{"id":6566,"date":"2020-10-02T17:37:40","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T22:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=6566"},"modified":"2020-10-02T17:37:42","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T22:37:42","slug":"cafeteros-opitas-a-protegerse-de-la-nina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cafeteros-opitas-a-protegerse-de-la-nina\/","title":{"rendered":"Cafeteros opitas, a protegerse de La Ni\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> La Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Cafeteros (FNC) hizo un <strong>llamado a los caficultores a prepararse ante llegada del fen\u00f3meno de La Ni\u00f1a,<\/strong> que, aunque d\u00e9bil seg\u00fan los modelos, traer\u00e1 consigo lluvias por encima del promedio hist\u00f3rico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA partir de octubre estar\u00e1 ya instalado un fen\u00f3meno de La Ni\u00f1a que traer\u00e1 consigo m\u00e1s humedad, lo que a su vez<strong> favorece el crecimiento de la roya<\/strong> en los lotes sembrados con variedades susceptibles\u201d, expuso Hernando Duque, Gerente T\u00e9cnico de la FNC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la renovaci\u00f3n de cafetales,<strong> m\u00e1s del 83% del \u00e1rea en Colombia est\u00e1 sembrada con variedades resistentes a la roya<\/strong> (que es favorecida por la mayor humedad que trae consigo La Ni\u00f1a), de modo que la inmensa mayor\u00eda de la caficultura est\u00e1 blindada ante la enfermedad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo que se debe adoptar <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>manejo integrado de arvenses<\/strong>, en lotes de pendientes muy largas y fuertes, deben emprenderse acciones encaminadas hacia la preservaci\u00f3n de las coberturas nobles. Estas coberturas reducen la velocidad del agua en las pendientes y por lo tanto contribuyen a reducir la erosi\u00f3n de los suelos cafeteros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> En cuanto a los <strong>cauces de drenaje de los lotes <\/strong>presentes en las fincas, revisar y dar mantenimiento a los trinchos para evitar mayores da\u00f1os y erosi\u00f3n h\u00eddrica. Los trinchos son muy efectivos, como medida de mitigaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para <strong>recomendaciones m\u00e1s espec\u00edficas<\/strong> dependiendo de las caracter\u00edsticas de cada lote,
