{"id":66690,"date":"2024-01-10T07:59:15","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T12:59:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=66690"},"modified":"2024-01-10T07:59:16","modified_gmt":"2024-01-10T12:59:16","slug":"concejo-de-neiva-suspende-eleccion-de-personero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/concejo-de-neiva-suspende-eleccion-de-personero\/","title":{"rendered":"Concejo de Neiva Suspende elecci\u00f3n de Personero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Mesa Directiva del Concejo Municipal de Neiva inform\u00f3 a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica la emisi\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 04, datada el 9 de enero de 2024, bajo el t\u00edtulo \u00abPOR MEDIO DE LA CUAL SE SUSPENDE LA ACTUACI\u00d3N ADMINISTRATIVA ADELANTADA EN VIRTUD DE LA CONVOCATORIA P\u00daBLICA N\u00daMERO 001 DE 2023 PARA ELEGIR EL PERSONERO MUNICIPAL DE NEIVA PARA EL PERIODO 2024 \u2013 2028\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En virtud de esta resoluci\u00f3n, se inform\u00f3 que la etapa de entrevistas programada para hoy 10 de enero de 2024, queda suspendida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta decisi\u00f3n se ha tomado considerando dos comunicaciones dirigidas al Concejo de Neiva, actualmente en proceso como recusaci\u00f3n contra los miembros de la Mesa Directiva. Por ende, se ha determinado suspender la actuaci\u00f3n administrativa relacionada con la convocatoria p\u00fablica mencionada\u201d, indicaron en el comunicado el Cabildo Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la Mesa Directiva aclar\u00f3 que esta medida se ajusta al marco legal establecido, en particular al Art\u00edculo 12 de la Ley 1437 de 2011. La suspensi\u00f3n tiene como objetivo garantizar la transparencia y el debido proceso en el procedimiento para elegir al Personero Municipal de Neiva para el per\u00edodo 2024 \u2013 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el Concejo de Neiva reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la legalidad y el respeto a los principios democr\u00e1ticos, asegurando a la comunidad que se seguir\u00e1n todos los protocolos establecidos para resolver las recusaciones presentadas, garantizando as\u00ed la imparcialidad y legitimidad en el proceso de
