{"id":6672,"date":"2020-10-07T05:06:31","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T10:06:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=6672"},"modified":"2020-10-07T05:06:33","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T10:06:33","slug":"carrera-atletica-virtual-5k-premio-a-sus-ganadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/carrera-atletica-virtual-5k-premio-a-sus-ganadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Carrera atletica virtual 5K premi\u00f3 a sus ganadores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Se cumpli\u00f3 este martes la <strong>premiaci\u00f3n de la Carrera Atl\u00e9tica Virtual Recreativa 5K  &#8216;P\u00e9guese la corridita&#8217;\u201d<\/strong> que organiz\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n para ambientar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los deportistas <strong>participaron desde el hogar en una m\u00e1quina trotadora, dando vueltas en las zonas de la casa, en un s\u00f3tano, en un parqueadero, o en una zona abierta, segura y permitida por la administraci\u00f3n municipal, <\/strong>en un ejercicio que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de mantener su condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, buscaba lograr objetivos personales y divertirse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n, Jes\u00fas Fernando Tejada, asegur\u00f3 que la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal tiene un compromiso de bienestar para Neiva, motivo por el cual tienen la responsabilidad de planear y desarrollar actividades de fomento de estilos de vida saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser una raz\u00f3n para motivar a la poblaci\u00f3n neivana y hacer actividad f\u00edsica, tambi\u00e9n se convirti\u00f3 en tendencia para mejorar la salud con la reducci\u00f3n de comportamientos sedentarios a causa de las medidas de aislamiento y cuarentena en casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personas de otros pa\u00edses como Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez (M\u00e9xico), Guanacaste (Costa Rica), Mixco (Guatemala), Antofagasta (Chile),  ciudades y municipios  de otros departamentos como Bogot\u00e1,  Medell\u00edn, Cali, Cartago, Yopal, Soacha, Zipaquir\u00e1, Cajic\u00e1, y otras localidades cercanos como  Garz\u00f3n, Rivera, tambi\u00e9n participaron de la carrera que tuvo un categor\u00eda \u00fanica a partir de los 10 a\u00f1os en adelante.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta primera edici\u00f3n<strong> entreg\u00f3 certificado de competencia y medalla digital de reconocimiento al esfuerzo <\/strong>as\u00ed como sorteos de camisetas y vasos entre quienes participaron en este carrera virtual y se pegaron \u201cla corridita\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resultados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>mejor tiempo<\/strong> estuvo a cargo de<strong> Bernardo Rafael Mercado<\/strong>, con un tiempo de 19 minutos 08 segundos, el segundo lugar fue para Diego Caicedo con 19 minutos y 27 segundos y el tercer mejor tiempo lo hizo Wilmar Gonz\u00e1lez con 20 minutos, 13 segundos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se cumpli\u00f3 este martes la premiaci\u00f3n de la Carrera Atl\u00e9tica Virtual Recreativa 5K &#8216;P\u00e9guese la corridita&#8217;\u201d que organiz\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n para ambientar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludable.
