{"id":66794,"date":"2024-01-11T18:41:12","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T23:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=66794"},"modified":"2024-01-11T18:41:45","modified_gmt":"2024-01-11T23:41:45","slug":"estos-son-los-beneficios-por-pago-oportuno-del-impuesto-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/estos-son-los-beneficios-por-pago-oportuno-del-impuesto-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"Estos son los beneficios por pago oportuno del impuesto predial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva en cabeza del Ingeniero Germ\u00e1n Casagua Bonilla, hace un llamado a toda la ciudadan\u00eda para que contin\u00faen realizando los pagos oportunos de sus impuestos, recursos importantes para el desarrollo, la recuperaci\u00f3n de nuestro municipio y la puesta en marcha de programas sociales en beneficio de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que las fechas de vencimiento corresponden al \u00faltimo d\u00edgito del NIT de cada contribuyente. En cuanto al impuesto predial, la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda se encuentra en adopci\u00f3n del acto administrativo expedido por el Gobierno Nacional, que permitir\u00e1 la liquidaci\u00f3n y expedici\u00f3n de los correspondientes recibos de pago del impuesto. Cabe resaltar que su fecha l\u00edmite de pago es el 31 de julio del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, se cuenta con dos descuentos establecidos para el pago oportuno del impuesto predial.
