control de garant\u00edas de Bogot\u00e1 rechaz\u00f3 de plano la solicitud de libertad presentada por la defensa de Yhonier Leal Hern\u00e1ndez y dispuso que el procesado deber\u00e1 seguir privado de la libertad en centro carcelario, mientras avanza el juicio en su contra por el homicidio de su mam\u00e1 y su hermano, el estilista Mauricio Leal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal a cargo del caso demostr\u00f3 que los abogados que han representado al se\u00f1or Leal Hern\u00e1ndez incurrieron en m\u00faltiples maniobras dilatorias, como aplazamientos injustificados y uso desbordado de los recursos de ley, para dificultar el normal desarrollo del proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, adem\u00e1s de reafirmar que el presunto homicida debe permanecer en la c\u00e1rcel La Picota de Bogot\u00e1, la juez compuls\u00f3 copias para que los dos defensores sean investigados disciplinariamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima audiencia del juicio en contra de Yhonier Leal Hern\u00e1ndez
