Esta pr\u00f3rroga comenzar\u00e1 a regir desde las cero horas del pr\u00f3ximo martes 16 de enero y hasta las 24 horas del 15 de julio entrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de Paz se inform\u00f3 que mediante el Decreto 0016 del 14 de enero de 2024, firmado por el ministro de Defensa, Iv\u00e1n Vel\u00e1squez G\u00f3mez, se ordena \u201cla suspensi\u00f3n de operaciones militares ofensivas y operativos policiales, as\u00ed como de los actos contrarios a lo establecido en el Protocolo de Reglas y Compromisos acordado entre las partes en la mesa de di\u00e1logos de paz\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega la norma que \u201clos acuerdos y protocolos firmados con el EMC y los que se suscriban en la mesa de di\u00e1logos de paz referidos al cese el fuego bilateral son de obligatorio cumplimiento\u201d. Para el efecto, el Ministerio de Defensa emitir\u00e1 los lineamientos necesarios a los miembros de la Fuerza P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ade el Decreto 0016 que las partes podr\u00e1n acordar nuevos objetivos del cese el fuego bilateral de car\u00e1cter nacional y temporal \u201cdirigidos al fortalecimiento de proceso de paz, la profundizaci\u00f3n de las transformaciones territoriales y el reemplazo de las econom\u00edas il\u00edcitas, la protecci\u00f3n del ambiente, la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad y la protecci\u00f3n humanitaria de la poblaci\u00f3n civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 16 de octubre el Gobierno y el EMC hab\u00edan acordado un primer cese el fuego por tres meses, el cual vence justamente este martes 16 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justamente, ese primer acuerdo de cesar operaciones militares ofensivas se dio el mismo d\u00eda en que se instal\u00f3 la mesa de di\u00e1logo con las disidencias de las Farc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta semana se instal\u00f3 el tercer ciclo de di\u00e1logo entre las partes en Bogot\u00e1, el cual se extender\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de enero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno Nacional prorrog\u00f3 por otros seis meses el cese el fuego bilateral y temporal de car\u00e1cter nacional con el autodenominado Estado Mayor Central (EMC) de las antiguas Farc-EP.
