a\u00f1o 2024, tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de realizar un trabajo arduo, dedicado y trasparente y en atenci\u00f3n a todos los requerimientos presentados por la ciudadan\u00eda en general, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y aspirantes, se da a conocer a todos los interesados y comunidad en general que la elecci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 teniendo en cuenta los siguientes aspectos, los cu\u00e1les resaltan que en el proceso prim\u00f3 el m\u00e9rito antes que posibles intereses pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mejor valoraci\u00f3n de antecedentes y mayor puntaje en las entrevistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hoja de vida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Resultado prueba acad\u00e9mica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo personero de Neiva es el se\u00f1or Jerson Andr\u00e9s Bastidas Vargas, quien en la prueba acad\u00e9mica obtuvo el tercer puesto dentro de los aspirantes quienes se presentaron mediante Concurso P\u00fablico de M\u00e9ritos para Proveer el cargo de Personero Municipal de Neiva, ante la Universidad del \u00c1rea Andina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante resoluci\u00f3n No. 008 de 2024, se hace p\u00fablica la lista de elegibles la cual estar\u00e1 vigente para el periodo institucional del cargo de Personero Municipal de Neiva \u201c2024-2028\u201d y a trav\u00e9s de la cual se destaca la puntuaci\u00f3n general obtenida en todo el proceso por los elegibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la Corporaci\u00f3n Concejo de Neiva, Juan Diego Amaya, indic\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n del 23 de enero de 2024, \u201c\u2026 hemos otorgado todas las garant\u00edas relacionadas con el proceso y por ende hoy estamos dando cumplimiento a la resoluci\u00f3n y al cronograma establecido designando al se\u00f1or Jerson Andr\u00e9s Bastidas Vargas como Personero de Neiva para el periodo 2024-2028\u201d en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, tomar\u00e1 posesi\u00f3n el nuevo Personero de la ciudad en la plenaria del Concejo de
