{"id":67826,"date":"2024-01-31T06:27:33","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T11:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=67826"},"modified":"2024-01-31T06:27:34","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T11:27:34","slug":"incendios-forestales-18-vehiculos-de-socorro-estan-parados-por-falta-de-tramites-administrativos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/incendios-forestales-18-vehiculos-de-socorro-estan-parados-por-falta-de-tramites-administrativos\/","title":{"rendered":"Incendios forestales: \u00bf18 veh\u00edculos de socorro est\u00e1n parados por falta de tr\u00e1mites administrativos?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>reiter\u00f3 la solicitud al&nbsp;<strong>ministro del Interior, Luis Fernando Velasco,<\/strong>&nbsp;para que se tomen&nbsp;<strong>acciones urgentes e inmediatas<\/strong>&nbsp;para garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos destinados para los cuerpos de bomberos, en el marco de&nbsp;<strong>la convocatoria a la sesi\u00f3n de la Junta Nacional,<\/strong>&nbsp;que se realizar\u00e1&nbsp; hoy 31 de enero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el&nbsp;<strong>ente de control,<\/strong>&nbsp;actualmente, debido a la coyuntura por el fen\u00f3meno del ni\u00f1o, que tiene activos m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<strong>20 incendios forestales en los departamentos de Cundinamarca<\/strong>, Vichada,&nbsp;<strong>Antioquia<\/strong>, Santander,&nbsp;<strong>Cesar<\/strong>, Norte de Santander,&nbsp;<strong>Boyac\u00e1&nbsp;<\/strong>y en la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1, se requiere de&nbsp;<strong>disponibilidad presupuestal&nbsp;<\/strong>y de recursos del Fondo Nacional de Bomberos, para&nbsp;<strong>atender dichas emergencias.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Procuradur\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;mostr\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por presuntas demoras en la entrega de 18 veh\u00edculos de socorro que fueron adquiridos en&nbsp;<strong>la vigencia 2023,<\/strong>&nbsp;que ya cuentan con una regionalizaci\u00f3n proyectada por parte de<strong>&nbsp;la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Bomberos<\/strong>, pero que a la fecha no han podido ser&nbsp;<strong>entregados por tr\u00e1mites administrativos,<\/strong>&nbsp;presuntamente, a cargo de esa cartera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad record\u00f3 que,&nbsp;<em>\u201ces imperioso tomar<strong>&nbsp;acciones inmediatas y contundentes&nbsp;<\/strong>para aumentar las capacidades de&nbsp;<strong>los cuerpos de socorro\u201d.<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;Por eso es fundamental, abordar la aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto de inversi\u00f3n 2024 del&nbsp;<strong>Fondo Nacional de Bomberos,&nbsp;<\/strong>as\u00ed como analizar la<strong>&nbsp;viabilidad de incrementar el presupuesto&nbsp;<\/strong>de inversi\u00f3n para la actual vigencia, teniendo en cuenta&nbsp;<strong>la coyuntura clim\u00e1tica y estad\u00edsticas<\/strong>&nbsp;de emergencias en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, solicit\u00f3 al&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno Nacional&nbsp;<\/strong>tener en cuenta las denuncias presentadas por algunos cuerpos de bomberos frente a la disminuci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>recursos del Fondo Nacional&nbsp;<\/strong>para el presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>&nbsp;exhort\u00f3 al&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno Nacional<\/strong>, para que, independientemente de los&nbsp;<strong>cambios administrativos&nbsp;<\/strong>que se puedan dar en la instituci\u00f3n, de manera coordinada, inmediata y c\u00e9lere, se definan responsables,&nbsp;<strong>hoja de ruta con fechas y acciones<\/strong>&nbsp;proyectadas para adelantarse lo m\u00e1s pronto posible.
