{"id":67865,"date":"2024-02-01T04:04:07","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T09:04:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=67865"},"modified":"2024-02-01T04:04:08","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T09:04:08","slug":"condenado-a-17-anos-de-prision-por-asesinar-a-un-hombre-cuando-jugaba-en-su-celular-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/condenado-a-17-anos-de-prision-por-asesinar-a-un-hombre-cuando-jugaba-en-su-celular-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Condenado a 17 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por asesinar a un hombre cuando jugaba en su celular en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Camilo Andr\u00e9s Llanos Narv\u00e1ez fue condenado a la pena de 17 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por los delitos de homicidio agravado en concurso heterog\u00e9neo con fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico y porte de armas de fuego o municiones tras llegar a un acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hombre quien se encuentra privado de la libertad desde el 11 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2023 cuando fue detenido en Medell\u00edn, Antioquia, en cumplimiento a la orden judicial que pesaba en su contra, fue hallado penalmente responsable de la muerte violenta de Pablo Alejandro Calvo \u00c1vila sucedida el 7 de julio de ese mismo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en el barrio San Jorge de Neiva (Huila) en el antejard\u00edn de una vivienda donde resid\u00eda la v\u00edctima quien en ese momento se encontraba desprevenida sentada en una mecedora jugando con su celular y fue sorprendida por un hombre que abri\u00f3 fuego en su contra y luego se dio a la huida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a las labores de polic\u00eda judicial se logr\u00f3 determinar la culpabilidad de Llanos Narv\u00e1ez en estos hechos que desencadenaron en la muerte de Calvo \u00c1vila el 12 de julio en un hospital de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda lleg\u00f3 a la conclusi\u00f3n de que el ataque se dio debido a problemas personales ya que d\u00edas atr\u00e1s v\u00edctima y victimario tuvieron una pelea que involucr\u00f3 otros familiares en com\u00fan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Camilo Andr\u00e9s Llanos Narv\u00e1ez fue condenado a la pena de 17 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por los delitos de homicidio agravado en concurso heterog\u00e9neo con fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico y porte de armas de fuego o municiones tras llegar a un acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda.
