{"id":67916,"date":"2024-02-01T16:51:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T21:51:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=67916"},"modified":"2024-02-01T16:51:50","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T21:51:50","slug":"sorprendidos-transportando-mas-de-60-kilos-de-marihuana-fueron-privados-de-la-libertad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sorprendidos-transportando-mas-de-60-kilos-de-marihuana-fueron-privados-de-la-libertad\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorprendidos transportando m\u00e1s de 60 kilos de marihuana fueron privados de la libertad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Eider Alex\u00e1nder Ruiz Mu\u00f1oz, Dasir Alejandro Guerrero Ordo\u00f1ez, Rub\u00e9n Dar\u00edo Fl\u00f3rez Padilla y Diego Fernando Yunda Chape\u00f1a fueron privados de la libertad por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes tras ser descubiertos en flagrancia transportando en un veh\u00edculo y dos motocicletas, un total de 61 kilos de marihuana en bloque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron este 29 de enero a la altura de la Base Militar El Cable, v\u00eda El Cedro del corregimiento de Bruselas en Pitalito, Huila, en horas de la tarde cuando en un puesto de control militar se le realiz\u00f3 la se\u00f1al de pare a dos motocicletas, ante lo cual hicieron caso omiso evadi\u00e9ndolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto a ellos iba un veh\u00edculo en el que se movilizaban Guerrero Ordo\u00f1ez y Yunda Chape\u00f1a. Al realizarle el registro al autom\u00f3vil fue hallado un recipiente blanco con una sustancia vegetal con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la marihuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-01-at-4.43.34-PM-1024x571.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67918\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, una patrulla inici\u00f3 la persecuci\u00f3n de los dos hombres que se movilizaban en las motocicletas los cuales hab\u00edan huido minutos antes y quienes ingresaron a una zona boscosa para evadir a las autoridades, pero fueron interceptados y detenidos, siendo identificados entre ellos Fl\u00f3rez Padilla y Ruiz Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estas personas se les hallaron cuatro paquetes grandes y siete peque\u00f1os de la sustancia estupefaciente y les fueron decomisados los veh\u00edculos. Una vez realizada la prueba PIPH se determin\u00f3 que la sustancia era cannabis y sus derivados con un peso de 61.360 gramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser presentados ante un juez con funciones de control de garant\u00edas, ninguno acept\u00f3 los cargos enrostrados por el delegado fiscal y se les impuso a los que iban en el veh\u00edculo medida domiciliaria mientras que a los que manejaban las motos,
