{"id":6837,"date":"2020-10-14T04:47:29","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T09:47:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=6837"},"modified":"2020-10-14T04:47:30","modified_gmt":"2020-10-14T09:47:30","slug":"prohibido-parquear-vehiculos-en-el-microcentro-de-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/prohibido-parquear-vehiculos-en-el-microcentro-de-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Prohibido parquear veh\u00edculos en el microcentro de Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del Decreto 864 de 2020, <strong>la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva prohibi\u00f3 el estacionamiento de toda clase de veh\u00edculos,<\/strong> en el per\u00edmetro delimitado como microcentro, en el horario comprendido entre las 05:30 a.m. y las 08:00 p.m. <strong>Lo que quiere decir, que no se podr\u00e1 utilizar la calzada, ni las v\u00edas peatonales para parquear entre las calles 4 y 12, con carreras 1H y 8. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elberto Garavito, secretario de Movilidad, explic\u00f3 que a pesar de la medida, hay una excepci\u00f3n para los comerciantes, transportadores, administradores de establecimientos comerciales y operadores que realizan cargue y descargue de mercanc\u00eda en el sector, seg\u00fan lo establece el decreto 797 de 2012. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDeben regirse por este (Decreto), donde se establecen los horarios y los tipos de veh\u00edculos que pueden hacerlo, teniendo en cuenta que hay que tener libre de obst\u00e1culos la zona peatonal que es lo m\u00e1s importante y es a lo que le estamos apostando; tener veh\u00edculos en las aceras o diferentes puntos queda prohibido y ser\u00e1 sancionado de acuerdo a las infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, la norma establece que para \u201cveh\u00edculos de la Fuerza P\u00fablica, cuerpos de seguridad, bomberos, ambulancias, defensa civil, aseo, tr\u00e1nsito y veh\u00edculos oficiales, no se limitar\u00e1 el estacionamiento cuando lo hagan en cumplimiento de sus funciones oficiales\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichas medidas, fueron adoptadas t<strong>eniendo en cuenta las quejas presentadas por Ia comunidad,<\/strong> en lo relacionado con la invasi\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico. Adem\u00e1s buscan garantizar la seguridad y tranquilidad de la ciudadan\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien recibido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Fabio Ceballes, representante de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Parqueaderos del municipio, manifest\u00f3 que con la firma y publicaci\u00f3n de este decreto, el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, <strong>est\u00e1 cumpliendo una muy buena parte de lo prometido en campa\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta administraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 entregando toda la argumentaci\u00f3n legal posible para empezar a descongestionar el microcentro. <strong>La gran mayor\u00eda de nuestros parqueaderos salen afectados positivamente con este decreto <\/strong>y posteriormente todos se van a ir beneficiando con este tipo de medidas de respeto a los espacios p\u00fablicos y a las v\u00edas, para que Neiva se convierta en una ciudad ejemplo de respeto y movilidad\u201d indic\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Secretario de Movilidad hizo<strong> un llamado a los neivanos para que cumplan con la normatividad<\/strong> e indic\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de los agentes de tr\u00e1nsito, se realizar\u00e1n controles permanentes en las v\u00edas, verificando el
