{"id":68407,"date":"2024-02-09T14:25:06","date_gmt":"2024-02-09T19:25:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=68407"},"modified":"2024-02-09T14:25:08","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T19:25:08","slug":"por-irregularidades-procuraduria-demandara-eleccion-de-12-personeros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/por-irregularidades-procuraduria-demandara-eleccion-de-12-personeros\/","title":{"rendered":"Por irregularidades, Procuradur\u00eda demandar\u00e1 elecci\u00f3n de 12 personeros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n de personeros en por lo menos 37 municipios del pa\u00eds se encuentra embolatada por presuntas irregularidades en los procesos, raz\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico a<strong>&nbsp;advertir demandas en 12 de los elegidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidencias recopiladas&nbsp; por el Ministerio P\u00fablico dan cuenta que, al parecer, en la selecci\u00f3n de aspirantes<strong>&nbsp;se cometieron errores en calificaciones de entrevistas, hubo operadores faltos de experiencia y fallas log\u00edsticas<\/strong>, entre otras anomal\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En estos hechos se encuentra seriamente comprometida la Universidad Popular del Cesar &#8211;<\/strong>UPC-, entidad que fungi\u00f3 como operador y realizador de varios de estos procesos, los mismos por los que ahora se encuentra en problemas ya que&nbsp;<strong>muchos de los que firmaron como representantes de la instituci\u00f3n en las pruebas de conocimiento no ten\u00edan potestad para ello.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preocupada por esta situaci\u00f3n, la Procuradur\u00eda Segunda Delegada para la Vigilancia de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica,&nbsp;<strong>solicit\u00f3 a los concejos municipales, en su autonom\u00eda, que&nbsp;no elijan&nbsp; a otros 25 personeros m\u00e1s, cuya selecci\u00f3n adelant\u00f3 la misma&nbsp;entidad universitaria.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las indagaciones hechas por del ente de control<strong>&nbsp;no se encontraron carpetas y en otras la documentaci\u00f3n no era concisa;<\/strong>&nbsp;tampoco se ten\u00eda planeaci\u00f3n de la log\u00edstica ni la destinaci\u00f3n de un presupuesto claro, ni mucho menos una capacidad humana para llevar a cabo los procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altamira \u2013 Huila; Santa Mar\u00eda \u2013 Boyac\u00e1; Floresta \u2013 Boyac\u00e1, son algunas poblaciones en las que se demandar\u00e1 el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mismo sucede con Tib\u00fa y Hacar\u00ed, en Norte de Santander; Usiacur\u00ed (Atl\u00e1ntico), Salamina, Concordia, (Magdalena); Galeras, Corozal,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (Sucre), Chiscas, Chiquiza, Otanche (Boyac\u00e1), entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El despacho de esta delegada advirti\u00f3 compulsa de copia para<strong>&nbsp;aperturar investigaciones disciplinarias.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La elecci\u00f3n de personeros en por lo menos 37 municipios del pa\u00eds se encuentra embolatada por presuntas irregularidades en los procesos, raz\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico a&nbsp;advertir demandas en 12 de los elegidos.
