{"id":68410,"date":"2024-02-09T15:59:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-09T20:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=68410"},"modified":"2024-02-09T15:59:51","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T20:59:51","slug":"incautado-material-usado-para-extraer-agua-de-manera-ilegal-en-san-agustin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/incautado-material-usado-para-extraer-agua-de-manera-ilegal-en-san-agustin\/","title":{"rendered":"Incautado material usado para extraer agua de manera ilegal en San Agust\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En acciones&nbsp; conjuntas entre&nbsp; el Batall\u00f3n de Infanter\u00eda No. 27 Magdalena, el Fuerte de&nbsp; Carabineros de San Agust\u00edn y la Red Contra el Tr\u00e1fico de Fauna y Flora de la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena-CAM, se logr\u00f3 la incautaci\u00f3n de una motobomba y 20 metros de manguera de dos pulgadas que eran usados para regar un cultivo de lulo, de manera ilegal desde la afluente&nbsp; El Quebrad\u00f3n, fuente abastecedora del municipio de San Agust\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHemos realizado un operativo conjunto contra el uso ilegal del agua en el municipio de San Agust\u00edn, situaci\u00f3n que pon\u00eda en riesgo el suministro de agua potable a su casco urbano y que arroj\u00f3 la identificaci\u00f3n de un predio, a sus posibles infractores y el decomiso de herramientas usados para la captaci\u00f3n ilegal\u201d, explic\u00f3 Carlos Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez, director Territorial Sur de la CAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"68412\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-09-at-3.57.24-PM-2-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68412\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"68414\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-09-at-3.57.22-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68414\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"68413\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-09-at-3.57.23-PM-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68413\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario de la corporaci\u00f3n ambiental huilense, explic\u00f3 que el prop\u00f3sito principal era identificar las captaciones de agua ilegales o informales que no cuentan con ning\u00fan permiso ambiental, ni ning\u00fan programa de uso eficiente o ahorro del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDurante un operativo a trav\u00e9s del cual se buscaba conocer las causas de la disminuci\u00f3n del caudal de la mencionada afluente, se logr\u00f3 establecer que un cultivo de lulo de aproximadamente 7.5 hect\u00e1reas, era constantemente regado sin que se contar\u00e1 con los permisos pertinentes\u201d indic\u00f3 Carlos Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Gonz\u00e1lez explic\u00f3 que el operativo se adelant\u00f3 cumpliendo tambi\u00e9n la atenci\u00f3n de las denuncias p\u00fablicas de la comunidad del municipio de San Agust\u00edn, quienes se preocupan por proteger sus recursos naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"68415\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-09-at-3.57.24-PM-1-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68415\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"68416\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-02-09-at-3.57.24-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68416\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Otros puntos de captaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el decomiso que se realiz\u00f3 en las veredas Quebrad\u00f3n y Salda\u00f1a, el equipo t\u00e9cnico de la CAM identific\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, todos los puntos de captaci\u00f3n ilegal presentes en la fuente abastecedora de la capital arqueol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde la CAM y en articulaci\u00f3n con la Fuerza P\u00fablica seguiremos comprometidos con la preservaci\u00f3n del medioambiente y la biodiversidad del Macizo Colombiano\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el Director Territorial Sur de la CAM.
