{"id":68590,"date":"2024-02-12T15:10:05","date_gmt":"2024-02-12T20:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=68590"},"modified":"2024-02-12T15:10:09","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T20:10:09","slug":"persiste-el-silencio-y-la-falta-de-denuncia-ante-el-reclutamiento-infantil-en-colombia-advierte-la-procuraduria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/persiste-el-silencio-y-la-falta-de-denuncia-ante-el-reclutamiento-infantil-en-colombia-advierte-la-procuraduria\/","title":{"rendered":"Persiste el silencio y la falta de denuncia ante el reclutamiento infantil en Colombia, advierte la Procuradur\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;alert\u00f3 que la problem\u00e1tica de reclutamiento infantil se agudiza en 23 subregiones del pa\u00eds, ubicadas especialmente en<strong>&nbsp;8 departamentos del territorio nacional,<\/strong>&nbsp;siendo&nbsp;<strong>Cauca,<\/strong>&nbsp;Nari\u00f1o, Antioquia,&nbsp;<strong>Valle del Cauca,<\/strong>&nbsp;Caquet\u00e1,&nbsp;<strong>Arauca,<\/strong>&nbsp;Choc\u00f3 y&nbsp;<strong>Norte de Santander<\/strong>&nbsp;los m\u00e1s afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>&nbsp;confirm\u00f3 que la alarmante situaci\u00f3n persiste y se propaga especialmente en puntos cr\u00edticos del pa\u00eds,&nbsp;<strong>reiterando a las autoridades nacionales y territoriales<\/strong>&nbsp;la ejecuci\u00f3n inmediata de acciones de priorizaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n especialmente en ciudades intermedias como<strong>&nbsp;Popay\u00e1n<\/strong>&nbsp;(Cauca),<strong>&nbsp;Tumaco<\/strong>&nbsp;(Nari\u00f1o),&nbsp;<strong>Ituango&nbsp;<\/strong>(Antioquia),&nbsp;<strong>Florencia<\/strong>&nbsp;(Caquet\u00e1) y&nbsp;<strong>Arauca<\/strong>&nbsp;(Arauca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, el ente de control alert\u00f3 que<strong>&nbsp;196 ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes fueron atendidos en el 2023 por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar \u2013ICBF-<\/strong>&nbsp;en programas de protecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n especializada de desvinculadas v\u00edctimas de reclutamiento de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes por&nbsp;<strong>grupos armados y grupos delincuenciales en el pa\u00eds,<\/strong>&nbsp;siendo en su mayor\u00eda&nbsp;<strong>menores de edad entre los 13 y 17 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el \u00f3rgano de control que,<strong>&nbsp;del total de casos registrados en el 2023,<\/strong>&nbsp;156 se desvincularon de&nbsp;<strong>Grupos Armados Organizados \u2013 GAO<\/strong>, a Grupos Delictivos Organizados- GDO, 21 del&nbsp;<strong>Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional (ELN)<\/strong>&nbsp;y 19 del&nbsp;<strong>Clan del Golfo AGC,<\/strong>&nbsp;seg\u00fan cifras reportadas por el ICBF;&nbsp;<strong>panorama que se agudiza frente a las 35 alertas tempranas<\/strong>&nbsp;emitidas por la&nbsp;<strong>Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente,&nbsp;<strong>la Procuradur\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;insisti\u00f3 en el subregistro de cifras de este flagelo, debido al silencio de las familias y sus v\u00edctimas, ante&nbsp;<strong>situaciones de desplazamientos y&nbsp; amenazas,<\/strong>&nbsp;pidiendo a las entidades que conforman la&nbsp;<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Intersectorial para la Prevenci\u00f3n del Reclutamiento,<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Uso, Utilizaci\u00f3n y Violencia Sexual (CIPRUNNA),<\/strong>&nbsp;a las y los mandatarios territoriales a que desarrollen estrategias robustas y eficientes y acojan los exhortos y recomendaciones hechas en la&nbsp;<strong>Directiva 10 de 2021 del ente de control.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La&nbsp;Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n&nbsp;alert\u00f3 que la problem\u00e1tica de reclutamiento infantil se agudiza en 23 subregiones del pa\u00eds, ubicadas especialmente en&nbsp;8 departamentos del territorio nacional,&nbsp;siendo&nbsp;Cauca,&nbsp;Nari\u00f1o, Antioquia,&nbsp;Valle del Cauca,&nbsp;Caquet\u00e1,&nbsp;Arauca,&nbsp;Choc\u00f3 y&nbsp;Norte de Santander&nbsp;los m\u00e1s afectados.
