Esto denota una brecha de g\u00e9nero significativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colombia no es la excepci\u00f3n. De acuerdo con datos de Microsoft y LinkedIn, las mujeres representan el 17% de la mano de obra del sector. Por esta raz\u00f3n, el Gobierno del Cambio, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional y Microsoft, firmaron una alianza con el fin de preparar a las mujeres interesadas en temas de seguridad inform\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b4WOMCY &#8211; Microsoft Cybersecurity Education &amp; Certification Program\u2019 es el curso que la compa\u00f1\u00eda dictar\u00e1 en espa\u00f1ol y abordar\u00e1 temas de ciberseguridad, tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n (TI) y cumplimiento e identidad de Microsoft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este programa, el Gobierno del Cambio busca aumentar y fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en tecnolog\u00eda y ciberseguridad para impulsar las habilidades digitales, cerrar las brechas existentes en esta \u00e1rea, y brindar educaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica que incremente la empleabilidad en el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso cubrir\u00e1 la formaci\u00f3n en fundamentos de seguridad y cumplimiento e identidad -SCI- en servicios de Microsoft relacionados con la nube. El proceso formativo se adelantar\u00e1 bajo la modalidad de autoformaci\u00f3n E-learning (Autoestudio) con una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mujeres que completen el curso recibir\u00e1n un beneficio adicional: un comprobante para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n SC &#8211; 900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity -SCI (Seguridad, cumplimiento normativo y conceptos de identidad) de manera 100% gratuita, as\u00ed como sesiones que desarrollan habilidades blandas, entre ellas la creaci\u00f3n de un perfil curricular y la preparaci\u00f3n para entrevistas de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las inscripciones se realizar\u00e1n hasta el 29 de febrero de 2024, en el sitio de Womcy Training Center, a trav\u00e9s del siguiente enlace: https:\/\/womcytrainingcenter.org\/account\/?action=register.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan una encuesta realizada por el Consorcio Internacional de Certificaci\u00f3n de Seguridad de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n -ISC-, las mujeres en el campo de la ciberseguridad representan solo el 24 % de la fuerza laboral global.
