All\u00ed, se congregaron madres comunitarias, l\u00edderes, ediles y dem\u00e1s habitantes del sector que estaban interesados en aportarle al plan de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un llamado a la uni\u00f3n, el ingeniero Germ\u00e1n Casagua dio apertura al evento, indicando que su gobierno ser\u00e1 de puertas abiertas a la ciudadan\u00eda y se gobernar\u00e1 para toda la comunidad sin excepciones. \u201cAqu\u00ed llegamos a gobernar con todos los presidentes de junta, con todos los ediles, con todo los l\u00edderes y madres comunitarias, porque de esta manera vamos a poder solucionar muchas de las dificultades\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta iniciativa, Andr\u00e9s Chac\u00f3n l\u00edder juvenil y edil de la comuna Nueve, afirm\u00f3 que \u201ces muy importante estos espacios donde se organizan las personas y principalmente se hablan las problem\u00e1ticas que hay dentro de la comuna, y all\u00ed mismo, tratar de buscar una soluci\u00f3n entre la comunidad y los entes gubernamentales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nels\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Ardila M\u00e9ndez, habitante del barrio Luis Carlos Gal\u00e1n, indic\u00f3 la importancia de participar en las mesas de di\u00e1logo, ya que \u201cprecisamente aqu\u00ed se miran los ejes tem\u00e1ticos y frente a estos se trabaja sobre los sectores. All\u00ed cada una de las personas tenemos unas afectaci\u00f3n que es la que se pretende mejorar y habilitar las estrategias para sacar adelante la comuna y generar las mejores condiciones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Soto, habitante del barrio Minuto de Dios 4 etapa, resalt\u00f3 algo importante para ella y es la presentaci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n para la comuna. Expresa que si la comuna no asiste a los escenarios de participaci\u00f3n con la administraci\u00f3n municipal, no tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de expresar esas necesidades y problem\u00e1ticas que aquejan a la comuna.
