{"id":69502,"date":"2024-02-26T07:49:08","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T12:49:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=69502"},"modified":"2024-02-26T07:49:08","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T12:49:08","slug":"procuraduria-abrio-indagacion-previa-a-funcionarios-del-minhacienda-por-presuntas-irregularidades-en-liquidacion-del-presupuesto-de-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procuraduria-abrio-indagacion-previa-a-funcionarios-del-minhacienda-por-presuntas-irregularidades-en-liquidacion-del-presupuesto-de-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Procuradur\u00eda abri\u00f3 indagaci\u00f3n previa a funcionarios del MinHacienda, por presuntas irregularidades en liquidaci\u00f3n del presupuesto de 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n orden\u00f3 abrir una indagaci\u00f3n previa contra funcionarios por determinar del Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, por las presuntas\u00a0<strong>irregularidades en la expedici\u00f3n del decreto con el que se liquid\u00f3 el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para la vigencia fiscal 2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Delegada para la Econom\u00eda y la Hacienda P\u00fablica sostuvo que, seg\u00fan dieron a conocer medios de informaci\u00f3n, habr\u00eda material probatorio que evidenciar\u00eda posibles\u00a0<strong>anomal\u00edas en el detalle de las apropiaciones y en la clasificaci\u00f3n y definici\u00f3n de los gastos de cerca de $13 billones.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Ministerio P\u00fablico busca\u00a0<strong>definir si hubo omisiones al surtir el proceso como dicta la normativa<\/strong>\u00a0y se pas\u00f3 por alto incorporar las modificaciones realizadas durante el proceso legislativo, as\u00ed como las razones por las que inicialmente\u00a0<strong>no hubo claridad en la destinaci\u00f3n de los recursos de inversi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En el mismo sentido, el organismo de control revisar\u00e1 el Decreto 2295 de 2023, en el que estaban consignados los gastos presupuestados para 2024, y la fusi\u00f3n de dos documentos de naturaleza t\u00e9cnica y normativa, para dejar todo en uno solo, con lo que\u00a0<strong>se pudo contravenir lo se\u00f1alado en el Estatuto Org\u00e1nico de Presupuest<\/strong><strong>o<\/strong>, que establece la emisi\u00f3n por separado de los mismos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed mismo, se indagar\u00e1 por el acta que debi\u00f3 gestionar el encargado de la secretar\u00eda t\u00e9cnica del Consejo de Ministros y que, al parecer, por desconocer su responsabilidad omiti\u00f3 hacer, lo que\u00a0<strong>habr\u00eda provocado el extrav\u00edo de las conclusiones y su elaboraci\u00f3n tard\u00eda.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Entidad orden\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>pr\u00e1ctica de pruebas para identificar a los sujetos procesales implicados<\/strong>, establecer la ocurrencia de conductas presuntamente irregulares, determinar si son constitutivas de falta disciplinaria y definir si se actu\u00f3 o no al amparo de una causal de exclusi\u00f3n de responsabilidad.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n orden\u00f3 abrir una indagaci\u00f3n previa contra funcionarios por determinar del Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, por las presuntas\u00a0irregularidades en la expedici\u00f3n del decreto con el que se liquid\u00f3 el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0para la vigencia fiscal 2024.
