Es irrefutable la crisis acumulada durante a\u00f1os de todo el sistema de salud<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-70728 size-full\" humanizar el servicio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Democratizaci\u00f3n de la contrataci\u00f3n: evitar la posici\u00f3n dominante de contratistas<\/li>\n<li>Equidad en los pagos.<\/li>\n<li>Riguroso mecanismo para la disminuci\u00f3n de las PQR y tutelas evitables.<\/li>\n<li>Medicamentos al hogar: llevar medicamentos al domicilio de adultos mayores y cr\u00f3nicos.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar oportunidad efectiva de citas, procedimientos, cirug\u00edas, terapias, entre otras, represadas durante mucho tiempo por las IPS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nuevo Enfoque de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>El presidente de Nueva EPS manifest\u00f3 la necesidad en la implementaci\u00f3n de un Modelo de Atenci\u00f3n Preventiva y Predictiva en todo el territorio nacional, en cumplimiento del acuerdo de voluntades int\u00e9rpretes de los accionistas; y la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno Nacional de garantizar el derecho fundamental de la salud a todos los colombianos.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la Atenci\u00f3n Primaria en Salud es un compromiso entre naciones desde 1978 en Alma Ata, Rusia, vigente en las leyes 715 de 2001, 1438 de 2011, Ley Estatutaria del 2015 y reafirmada en el proyecto de Ley del actual gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Finaliz\u00f3 diciendo que \u00ab<em>no existen razones que justifiquen las trabas impuestas a la
