construcci\u00f3n del patio taller de oriente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gracias a la gesti\u00f3n realizada por la administraci\u00f3n municipal, Primero Neiva, en cabeza del alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n y el gerente del SETP, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez, el Ministerio de Transporte, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad de Movilidad Urbana Sostenible, aprob\u00f3 el<strong> proyecto de construcci\u00f3n del patio taller del oriente<\/strong>, el cual estar\u00e1 ubicado en el sector del barrio El Tesoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta obra, <strong>se da inicio a la segunda etapa del proyecto<\/strong>, que corresponde a la construcci\u00f3n de la infraestructura operacional del Sistema Estrat\u00e9gico de Transporte P\u00fablico de la Ciudad, la cual enmarca todo lo relacionado con la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio y brinda las garant\u00edas necesarias para el mejoramiento del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra <strong>es una importancia significativa para el proyecto<\/strong>, no solo por su gran inversi\u00f3n, estimada en 12 mil millones de pesos, sino tambi\u00e9n porque representa un alivio para la econom\u00eda del municipio, ya que con ello se generar\u00e1n nuevos empleos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s garantiza un representativo avance en la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema que se espera entregar a la comunidad, en total funcionamiento, en el 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto ser\u00e1 presentado en la pr\u00f3xima Junta Directiva de la entidad que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la pr\u00f3xima semana, en donde deber\u00e1 ser aprobado, para dar inicio al proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato en el mes de diciembre, una vez sean estudiadas las propuestas para la construcci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuevos recursos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la aprobaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n del patio taller del Oriente, el Ministerio de Transporte<strong> aprob\u00f3 recursos por cerca de 6 mil millones de pesos para la compra de predios <\/strong>establecidos para la construcci\u00f3n de los patio taller de las zonas norte y sur, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el gerente de la entidad, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Mej\u00eda. \u201cSon aproximadamente 6 mil millones de pesos, son recursos con los que no contaba el municipio y el sistema estrat\u00e9gico de transporte tampoco, es una noticia muy alentadora teniendo en cuanta la crisis que estamos viviendo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos predios ya <strong>fueron identificados por la entidad y cuentan con la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y presupuestal.<\/strong> Por el momento se esperan los resultados de la evaluaci\u00f3n y estudios pertinentes a los terrenos para dar continuidad al proceso de adquisici\u00f3n de los
