{"id":71704,"date":"2024-04-03T16:56:28","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T21:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=71704"},"modified":"2024-04-03T16:56:28","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T21:56:28","slug":"hundido-el-proyecto-de-reforma-a-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/hundido-el-proyecto-de-reforma-a-la-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Hundido el proyecto de reforma a la salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica,<b>\u00a0despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de siete horas de debate, decidi\u00f3 hundir el proyecto de reforma a la salud\u00a0<\/b>que present\u00f3 el Gobierno de Gustavo Petro al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de la votaci\u00f3n de nueve impedimentos presentados por congresistas, se entr\u00f3 en el estudio de las ponencias, concretamente de la de archivo, que al final se impuso.\u00a0<b>Ese texto negativo ten\u00eda la firma de ocho de los 14 integrantes de la c\u00e9lula legislativa.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Esta reforma era una de las apuestas legislativas del Gobierno de Gustavo Petro<\/b>\u00a0en el Congreso, pero s\u00f3lo logr\u00f3 superar dos debates en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma a la salud para tercer debate en la Comisi\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima del Senado, ten\u00eda radicadas tres ponencias lideradas desde diferentes sectores pol\u00edticos: la mayoritaria (cuatro firmas), la negativa (8 firmas) y la alternativa ( Fabi\u00e1n D\u00edaz, de la Alianza Verde)<\/p>\n<p>La ponencia\u00a0<b>de archivo ten\u00eda el apoyo de congresistas de los partidos:\u00a0<\/b>Conservador, Liberal, Colombia Justa Libres, el Centro Democr\u00e1tico y ASI.
