{"id":71781,"date":"2024-04-05T05:30:09","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T10:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=71781"},"modified":"2024-04-05T08:11:17","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T13:11:17","slug":"gobierno-y-mas-becas-para-la-formacion-de-los-docentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-mas-becas-para-la-formacion-de-los-docentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y m\u00e1s becas para la formaci\u00f3n de los docentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional, en alianza con la Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Facultades de Educaci\u00f3n (Ascofade), la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Escuelas Normales (Asonen), las instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior y sus facultades de educaci\u00f3n a\u00fanan esfuerzos para lograr la transformaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n docente en Colombia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El viceministro de Educaci\u00f3n Preescolar, B\u00e1sica y Media, \u00d3scar S\u00e1nchez, se reuni\u00f3 ayer en Bogot\u00e1, durante dos d\u00edas, con decanos y representantes de varias de las facultades de educaci\u00f3n superior del pa\u00eds para avanzar en el redise\u00f1o de la formaci\u00f3n continua para maestros y maestras.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La iniciativa surgi\u00f3 como respuesta a un an\u00e1lisis comparativo entre la oferta de formaci\u00f3n y los diagn\u00f3sticos territoriales, basados en encuentros con los maestros que han participado en la estrategia\u00a0Poder Pedag\u00f3gico Popular\u200b, la cual busca potenciar el liderazgo de los docentes en los territorios.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abEstamos convencidos que fortalecer esta alianza redundar\u00e1 en el mejoramiento de la pr\u00e1ctica pedag\u00f3gica de los educadores del pa\u00eds\u00bb, sostuvo S\u00e1nchez.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante el cuatrienio 2022-2026, la estrategia aspira a llegar a 5.000 educadores con oportunidades de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y 20.000 con formaci\u00f3n posgradual.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Se vienen ampliando oportunidades para fortalecer las competencias y capacidades profesionales de los maestros y maestras del pa\u00eds, por medio de procesos de formaci\u00f3n inicial (licenciaturas) y avanzada (especializaciones, maestr\u00edas y doctorados), con el fin de continuar mejorando las pr\u00e1cticas docentes en respuesta a las necesidades de los estudiantes y las comunidades de los establecimientos educativos oficiales de Colombia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n Nacional, en alianza con la Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Facultades de Educaci\u00f3n (Ascofade), la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Escuelas Normales (Asonen), las instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior y sus facultades de educaci\u00f3n a\u00fanan esfuerzos para lograr la transformaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n docente en Colombia.
