Seg\u00fan el reporte de la interventor\u00eda, las obras avanzan a un ritmo satisfactorio, cumpliendo con las especificaciones establecidas en el contrato.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl compromiso es asegurar que cada proyecto se desarrolle seg\u00fan lo acordado, evitando retrasos o problemas futuros, no vamos a permitir que ninguna obra que est\u00e9 en curso ma\u00f1ana sea un dolor de cabeza o que se convierta en \u2018elefante blanco\u2019\u201d expres\u00f3 Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, Gobernador del Huila.<\/p>\n<p>Transcurridos cerca de 3 meses de ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto del puente \u201cLa Palma\u201d, se evidencia un avance superior al 55%, contando con gran parte de la estructura de cimentaci\u00f3n en todo el costado del municipio de El\u00edas. \u201cTenemos el 100% de la estructura que sostiene el puente fabricada en planta, a la espera de instalaci\u00f3n\u201d indic\u00f3 Leonardo Valderrama, representante legal del Consorcio Puente La Palma.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva estructura aborda la principal falencia del puente anterior, al ampliar significativamente su luz de 20 a 31 metros, esta mejora, sustentada en estudios hidrol\u00f3gicos, garantiza una mayor resistencia durante las crecientes, mitigando los efectos adversos que sol\u00edan presentarse en la temporada de fuertes lluvias, as\u00ed mismo, la ampliaci\u00f3n de la luz refuerza la seguridad del paso vehicular.<\/p>\n<p>Con una proyecci\u00f3n de servicio extendido de al menos 20 a 30 a\u00f1os, se anticipa que el puente \u201cLa Palma\u201d se mantendr\u00e1 como una pieza vital en la conectividad y movilidad de la comunidad aleda\u00f1a al municipio de El\u00edas.
