En pro de mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad de las personas, la Secretar\u00eda de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat viene haciendo constante seguimiento y supervisi\u00f3n, a los mejoramientos de vivienda que se vienen entregando en la capital del departamento del Huila.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, en las comunas de la ciudad, contractualmente hay proyectados 119 mejoramientos, al d\u00eda de hoy se han realizado 61, lo cual equivale a un 43% de avance de ejecuci\u00f3n del primer contrato.<\/p>\n

El segundo contrato es de centros poblados, en el que se proyectan 114 mejoramientos, de estos se han entregado 96 que equivalen a un 85%, en donde se destacan corregimientos como Fortalecillas, El Cagu\u00e1n, Vegalarga y Guacirco.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos haciendo la articulaci\u00f3n en compa\u00f1\u00eda del contratista de la interventor\u00eda para entregar estos mejoramientos integrales. Ya estamos culminando, por lo menos en este proyecto de centros poblados, y seguimos trabajando en pro de mejorar las condiciones de vida y reducir ese d\u00e9ficit habitacional, en este caso el d\u00e9ficit cualitativo que tanto necesita la comunidad neivana, y en este punto mejorar la habitabilidad y las condiciones de vida de los mismos neivanos\u201d, indic\u00f3 Marwin Victoria, secretario de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat.<\/p>\n

Entre los mejoramientos se destaca la restituci\u00f3n o cambio de alcantarillado, la demolici\u00f3n, alistado y cer\u00e1mica de pisos, enchape de muros, adecuaci\u00f3n de cocina y bater\u00edas sanitarias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
