{"id":72154,"date":"2024-04-16T05:19:57","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T10:19:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72154"},"modified":"2024-04-16T05:19:57","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T10:19:57","slug":"aprobado-proyecto-de-ley-estatutaria-de-educacion-en-la-camara-de-representantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/aprobado-proyecto-de-ley-estatutaria-de-educacion-en-la-camara-de-representantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprobado proyecto de Ley Estatutaria de Educaci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cHoy se dio un paso fundamental para construir un sistema educativo m\u00e1s equitativo, inclusivo y de calidad para todas y todos los colombianos\u00bb, dijo la ministra de Educaci\u00f3n, Aurora Vergara, sobre la aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto de Ley Estatutaria de Educaci\u00f3n en la plenaria de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa legislativa fue aprobada por mayor\u00eda absoluta, como lo exige la Ley 5 de 1992 para el tr\u00e1mite de una ley estatutaria y le esperan dos debates en el Senado para que se convierta en ley.<\/p>\n<p>Pasa ahora al Senado con 47 art\u00edculos, entre los que se destacan la ampliaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n inicial en los grados de prejard\u00edn y jard\u00edn, la obligatoriedad de la educaci\u00f3n media (grados 10\u00b0 y 11\u00b0), y el reconocimiento de la educaci\u00f3n superior como derecho fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00faltimo debate se aprobaron y votaron seis art\u00edculos que buscan reafirmar la connotaci\u00f3n de derecho fundamental de la educaci\u00f3n en todos los niveles (educaci\u00f3n inicial, b\u00e1sica, media y superior), lo cual no excluye su car\u00e1cter de servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, la C\u00e1mara de Representantes respald\u00f3 los art\u00edculos que garantizan el derecho fundamental a la educaci\u00f3n para personas con discapacidad, cuidadores, padres y madres de hogar y gestantes, priorizando un enfoque diferencial para su acceso, permanencia y graduaci\u00f3n dentro del sistema educativo. Por otra parte, con el prop\u00f3sito de ratificar los compromisos que surgieron del Acuerdo de Paz, tambi\u00e9n se incluyen a las personas reincorporadas y en proceso de reincorporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra agradeci\u00f3 a los representantes de la C\u00e1mara por sus aportes, \u201clos cuales han contribuido a enriquecer la Ley Estatutaria de la Educaci\u00f3n como un derecho fundamental\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que \u201cel proyecto fue aprobado en un ambiente de respeto por las diferencias, donde ha primado el bien com\u00fan y los consensos en torno al presente y futuro de la educaci\u00f3n en Colombia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Concluy\u00f3 que \u201ccon este proyecto de ley buscamos consolidar un Acuerdo Nacional para lograr que el sistema educativo deje de ser un determinante de desigualdades y se transforme en el principal factor de equidad y justicia social del pa\u00eds\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cHoy se dio un paso fundamental para construir un sistema educativo m\u00e1s equitativo, inclusivo y de calidad para todas y todos los colombianos\u00bb, dijo la ministra de Educaci\u00f3n, Aurora Vergara, sobre la aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto de Ley Estatutaria de Educaci\u00f3n en la plenaria de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes.
