{"id":72200,"date":"2024-04-17T11:14:20","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T16:14:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72200"},"modified":"2024-04-17T11:14:20","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T16:14:20","slug":"preocupacion-en-la-procuraduria-por-deforestacion-en-la-amazonia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/preocupacion-en-la-procuraduria-por-deforestacion-en-la-amazonia\/","title":{"rendered":"Preocupaci\u00f3n en la Procuradur\u00eda por deforestaci\u00f3n en la amazon\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La\u00a0<strong>Procuradora General de la Naci\u00f3n,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Margarita Cabello Blanco\u00a0<\/strong>alert\u00f3 sobre la grave situaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>deforestaci\u00f3n de la Amazon\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0colombiana, problem\u00e1tica generada por el acaparamiento de tierras, malas pr\u00e1cticas de ganader\u00eda,\u00a0<strong>construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas ilegales y miner\u00eda ilegal.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>La jefe del Ministerio P\u00fablico\u00a0<\/strong>refiri\u00f3 que el aumento de estos motores de deforestaci\u00f3n, se intensifica\u00a0 por la presencia\u00a0<strong>y manejo territorial de grupos armados en la regi\u00f3n,<\/strong>\u00a0quienes instrumentalizan a los pobladore\u00a0 y<strong>\u00a0aumentan sus finanzas por medio de cobros<\/strong>\u00a0para la explotaci\u00f3n del bosque y la entrada de cabezas de ganado.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para la procuradora,<strong>\u00a0la grave situaci\u00f3n evidencia la falta de decisiones\u00a0<\/strong>por parte del Estado para combatir los<strong>\u00a0motores de deforestaci\u00f3n y frente a las medidas oportunas<\/strong>\u00a0por la defensa de la vida de los l\u00edderes y organizaciones defensoras del medio ambiente.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>\u201cEl costo de la Paz Total\u00a0<\/strong>no puede ser la p\u00e9rdida de nuestros bosques y de la soberan\u00eda sobre ellos, la Paz Total tambi\u00e9n debe<strong>\u00a0hacerse con la Naturaleza y sus defensores y defensoras\u201d,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>refiri\u00f3<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>La procuradora tambi\u00e9n detall\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>que, la ganader\u00eda extensiva representa el principal uso de las tierras deforestadas,\u00a0<strong>precisando que cerca de 1.200.000 cabezas de ganado\u00a0<\/strong>han entrado a 8 municipios ubicados alrededor de los parques del \u00e1rea de\u00a0<strong>Manejo Especial de la Macarena, La Reserva Nukak y el PNN Chiribiquete.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En lo concerniente a<strong>\u00a0la construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas ilegales,<\/strong>\u00a0precis\u00f3 que se utiliza como corredor para actividades il\u00edcitas como\u00a0<strong>el transporte ilegal de madera,<\/strong>\u00a0la introducci\u00f3n de ganado y la colonizaci\u00f3n de territorios deforestado,\u00a0\u00a0<strong>especialmente en\u00a0 los Parques Nacionales Naturales en la Amazon\u00eda,\u00a0<\/strong>en donde se registran 88 v\u00edas ilegales que suman cerca de 1.260 kil\u00f3metros.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Adicion\u00f3 Cabello Blanco<\/strong>\u00a0que, la p\u00e9rdida de la funcionalidad de grandes hect\u00e1reas de bosques en<strong>\u00a0la Amazon\u00eda representa un riesgo para la provisi\u00f3n de agua en todo el pa\u00eds,<\/strong>\u00a0tal como est\u00e1 sucediendo en la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1 en la que,\u00a0<strong>alrededor del setenta y cinco por ciento (75 %) de la provisi\u00f3n del agua de la ciudad<\/strong>, depende del P\u00e1ramo de Chingaza el cual se provee en gran parte del agua que fluye de los r\u00edos voladores que discurren desde\u00a0<strong>el Amazonas hasta los Andes.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Finalmente,<strong>\u00a0insisti\u00f3 en que el Gobierno Nacional\u00a0<\/strong>es responsable de priorizar acciones frente a este flagelo, especialmenteen un pa\u00eds biodiverso y que ser\u00e1 sede de la COP 16 del\u00a0<strong>Convenio de Biodiversidad:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201cEl agua est\u00e1 escaseando y las entidades no est\u00e1n coordin\u00e1ndose en la<strong>\u00a0protecci\u00f3n de la Amazon\u00eda,<\/strong>\u00a0en la atenci\u00f3n de un fen\u00f3meno del Ni\u00f1o especialmente riguroso debido a\u00a0<strong>la variabilidad clim\u00e1tica, lo que compromete derechos humanos<\/strong>\u00a0de las personas.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0finaliz\u00f3 la jefe del \u00f3rgano de control.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0Procuradora General de la Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0Margarita Cabello Blanco\u00a0alert\u00f3 sobre la grave situaci\u00f3n de\u00a0deforestaci\u00f3n de la Amazon\u00eda\u00a0colombiana, problem\u00e1tica generada por el acaparamiento de tierras, malas pr\u00e1cticas de ganader\u00eda,\u00a0construcci\u00f3n de v\u00edas ilegales y miner\u00eda ilegal.
