{"id":72362,"date":"2024-04-23T05:26:51","date_gmt":"2024-04-23T10:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72362"},"modified":"2024-04-23T05:26:51","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T10:26:51","slug":"mas-de-seis-billones-de-pesos-para-las-eps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-de-seis-billones-de-pesos-para-las-eps\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de seis billones de pesos para las EPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES)\u00a0gir\u00f3 en marzo $6.51 billones a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud (EPS), Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud (IPS) y otros proveedores de servicios y tecnolog\u00edas de salud para financiar la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio a los afiliados de los reg\u00edmenes contributivo y subsidiado.<\/p>\n<p>Los giros se hicieron por concepto de Unidad de Pago por Capitaci\u00f3n (UPC), valor anual que se reconoce\u00a0por\u00a0cada uno de los afiliados al sistema general de seguridad social en salud para cubrir las prestaciones del\u00a0Plan Obligatorio de Salud\u00a0(POS).<\/p>\n<p>Para el r\u00e9gimen contributivo fueron girados en total $3,13 billones, de los cuales $2,99 billones se entregaron por concepto de UPC, $110.504 millones para la provisi\u00f3n de incapacidades por enfermedad general de los afiliados cotizantes y $36.174 millones para que las EPS realizaran actividades de promoci\u00f3n de la salud y prevenci\u00f3n de las enfermedades.<\/p>\n<p>De los $2,99 billones, $201.123 millones se giraron de manera directa a 972 IPS y proveedores de servicios y tecnolog\u00edas en salud, en nombre de las EPS Famisanar, Savia Salud, Capresoca, Emssanar, Asmetsalud y Servicio Occidental de Salud.<\/p>\n<p>Para el r\u00e9gimen subsidiado el giro directo fue de $3,38 billones, de estos, $1,81 billones fueron para las EPS (53,52 %) y $1,57 billones (46,48 %) por giro directo a 2.705 IPS y proveedores de servicios y tecnolog\u00edas en salud, autorizados por 26 EPS.<\/p>\n<h2>Increment\u200bo en giros<\/h2>\n<p>El acumulado de giros hechos por la ADRES entre enero y marzo de 2024 para el aseguramiento de los afiliados al sistema de salud asciende a los $20,61 billones, de los cuales $10,31 billones fueron para el r\u00e9gimen contributivo y por lo menos $10,30 billones para el r\u00e9gimen subsidiado.
