{"id":72368,"date":"2024-04-23T13:11:09","date_gmt":"2024-04-23T18:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72368"},"modified":"2024-04-23T13:11:09","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T18:11:09","slug":"mas-meses-de-suspension-al-canciller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-meses-de-suspension-al-canciller\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s meses de suspensi\u00f3n al Canciller"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La\u00a0<b>Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b>prorrog\u00f3 por tres meses la suspensi\u00f3n provisional del\u00a0<b>ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, \u00c1lvaro Leyva Dur\u00e1n<\/b>, por las presuntas irregularidades que se presentaron durante el proceso para\u00a0<b>la licitaci\u00f3n de pasaportes.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>El canciller hab\u00eda sido suspendido el pasado 24 de enero<\/b>\u00a0por el mismo periodo de tiempo por, al parecer, incurrir en dos faltas disciplinarias,\u00a0<b>calificadas de manera provisional como grav\u00edsimas cometidas a t\u00edtulo de dolo<\/b>, la primera al declarar desierta la licitaci\u00f3n 001 de 2023 sin tener los fundamentos f\u00e1cticos, jur\u00eddicos y t\u00e9cnicos, con lo que pudo transgredir los principios que rigen la contrataci\u00f3n estatal; la segunda,\u00a0<b>por declarar la urgencia manifiesta sin que supuestamente existieran causales para adoptar esa determinaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En ese sentido, el\u00a0<b>Ministerio P\u00fablico\u00a0<\/b>consider\u00f3 que las condiciones existentes para la fecha en la que se<b>\u00a0orden\u00f3 la medida no han desaparecido, motivo\u00a0<\/b>por el cual de reintegrarse el disciplinado al cargo podr\u00eda darse la reiteraci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<b>falta en el actual proceso licitatorio.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El \u00f3rgano de control, que<b>\u00a0adelanta el juicio disciplinario, agreg\u00f3 que hasta el momento no se han aportado elementos probatorios<\/b>\u00a0que permitan desvirtuar los presupuestos procesales exigidos, por lo que confirm\u00f3 que esta\u00a0<b>decisi\u00f3n se extender\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 24 de julio de 2024.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Asimismo, se determin\u00f3 que de reintegrarse\u00a0<b>Leyva Dur\u00e1n se activar\u00eda la posibilidad de que este interfiera de manera nociva<\/b>\u00a0en el proceso que tiene lugar actualmente, dada la autoridad que este tiene sobre\u00a0<b>los servidores p\u00fablicos que fueron citados como testigos.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0prorrog\u00f3 por tres meses la suspensi\u00f3n provisional del\u00a0ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, \u00c1lvaro Leyva Dur\u00e1n, por las presuntas irregularidades que se presentaron durante el proceso para\u00a0la licitaci\u00f3n de pasaportes.
