As\u00ed, con estos resultados, el proyecto se aprob\u00f3 en su instancia inicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos visto casos de congresistas a los que sus partidos les han retirado el apoyo porque votaron diferente en alg\u00fan debate o porque pensaban distinto. Por eso es clave avanzar con esta propuesta\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el representante del Valle del Cauca por el Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, Alejandro Ocampo.<\/p>\n<p>Contrario piensa Hern\u00e1n Cadavid M\u00e1rquez, congresista del Centro Democr\u00e1tico quien advirti\u00f3 que su bancada considera\u00a0<span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">\u201cque esto se presta para comportamientos innecesarios porque puede abrir una compuerta al mercadeo y menudeo pol\u00edtico\u201d, por lo que anunci\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n en oposici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">A esta voz se sum\u00f3 la representante Carolina Arbel\u00e1ez, de Cambio Radical, quien asegura que esta iniciativa \u201camenaza la democracia (\u2026) no es solo discrepancia, es fidelidad al programa votado. Por eso hemos radicado ponencia negativa, por objeciones y por coherencia.
