Se trata de un plan s\u00f3lido, fundamentado en una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que prioriza la seguridad y la infraestructura vial como pilares centrales de desarrollo sin descuidar los dem\u00e1s sectores.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abHoy estamos radicando el proyecto de ordenanza del Plan Departamental de Desarrollo, tratamos que fuera lo m\u00e1s objetivo posible, que sea un proyecto limpio, con financiaci\u00f3n posible, que las metas sean posibles, realistas, que podamos entregar un balance favorable al final del cuatrienio, el proyecto con un Plan plurianual de inversiones de 5.2 billones de pesos\u201d, expres\u00f3 el Gobernador Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Plan de Desarrollo contempla un Plan plurianual de inversi\u00f3n de aproximadamente $5.2 billones, provenientes de diversas fuentes. Entre ellas se destacan los 2.6 billones provenientes del Sistema General de Participaciones, as\u00ed como recursos propios por $888.000 millones, asignaciones del Sistema General de Regal\u00edas por $627.000 millones, y una cofinanciaci\u00f3n nacional alineada con el Plan Nacional, que se estima en $925.000 millones. Adem\u00e1s, se cuenta con una l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito por $90.000 millones.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De igual manera, el gobernador afirm\u00f3 que los ajustes que se le pudieran hacer al plan de desarrollo durante los siguientes cuatro a\u00f1os ir\u00e1n enfocados a aumentar la financiaci\u00f3n y aumentar las metas, todo de manera concertada con la Asamblea Departamental con el fin de mejorar este plan de desarrollo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Este ha sido un trabajo arduo no solamente en estos cuatro primeros meses, sino un trabajo desde campa\u00f1a donde el gobernador dentro de su programa de gobierno plante\u00f3 los cinco pilares que son eje fundamental para este instrumento de planificaci\u00f3n que es el m\u00e1s importante de la administraci\u00f3n, que dar\u00e1 el norte y la perspectiva durante los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os para realizar las inversiones en el departamento.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Hablan los diputados<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La presidenta de la asamblea Victoria Eugenia Castro afirm\u00f3 que este Plan de Desarrollo ser\u00e1 socializado con la comunidad \u201ccomo lo hemos dicho desde el primer momento, como Asamblea Departamental vamos a llegar al territorio, vamos a socializar este proyecto, vamos a ir a cada una de las zonas del departamento y vamos a escuchar a los huilenses\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por su parte, Sergio Trujillo destac\u00f3 la importancia de este Plan de Desarrollo y el trabajo que se viene,\u00a0 \u201chemos tenido la visita grata del se\u00f1or gobernador a las instalaciones de la Asamblea con un grupo importante de diputados que se encontraban ac\u00e1, estuvimos acompa\u00f1ando esa radicaci\u00f3n del proyecto de ordenanza m\u00e1s importante en el cuatrienio, que es el proyecto de aprobaci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo el cual la corporaci\u00f3n tiene ahora la responsabilidad de trabajar articuladamente y de tallerear este importante proyecto\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El gobernador ha citado a sesiones extraordinarias a la Asamblea Departamental a partir del 2 de mayo y durante todo este mes con el fin de analizar y socializar este proyecto del Plan de Desarrollo con lo que se espera sea aprobado el 31 de mayo.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobernador del Huila Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera radic\u00f3 ante la Asamblea el proyecto de ordenanza del Plan Departamental de Desarrollo, un documento dise\u00f1ado con objetividad y transparencia para guiar el progreso del departamento durante los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os.
