{"id":72677,"date":"2024-05-03T15:03:38","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T20:03:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72677"},"modified":"2024-05-03T15:03:38","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T20:03:38","slug":"duro-caso-de-corrupcion-que-llega-al-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/duro-caso-de-corrupcion-que-llega-al-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"Duro caso de corrupci\u00f3n que llega al Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El exsubdirector de la Unidad Nacional de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres, Sneyder Pinilla, denunci\u00f3 en entrevista con la Revista Semana que su exjefe, el exdirector de la entidad, Olmedo L\u00f3pez, le orden\u00f3 entregarle 3.000 millones de pesos\u00a0<b>al presidente del Senado, Iv\u00e1n Name, y 1.000 millones de pesos al presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, Andr\u00e9s Calle<\/b>, esto en el marco del\u00a0esc\u00e1ndalo de los carrotanques en La Guajira.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan esta denuncia, la entrega de esos dineros se efectu\u00f3 antes de llevarse a cabo las elecciones territoriales de octubre pasado y tras m\u00faltiples reuniones entre el exdirector\u00a0<b>Olmedo L\u00f3pez, el ministro del Interior, Luis Fernando Velasco, y la consejera para las regiones, Sandra Ortiz<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Pinilla, el dinero se entreg\u00f3 en efectivo y en\u00a0<b>tres maletas negras que conten\u00edan varios fajos de billetes de 50.000 y 100.000.<\/b>\u00a0Seg\u00fan la declaraci\u00f3n del exsubdirector, \u00e9l mismo recibi\u00f3 estos maletines y efectu\u00f3 la entrega de los 3.000 millones al presidente del Senado, Iv\u00e1n Name, que dijo se hizo en Bogot\u00e1, durante dos d\u00edas y<b>\u00a0<\/b><b>a trav\u00e9s de Sandra Ortiz, consejera para las regiones, quien habr\u00eda jugado el papel de mensajera<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, Pinillia explic\u00f3 que la entrega de los otros 1.000 millones de pesos al presidente de la C\u00e1mara, Andr\u00e9s Calle, la hizo\u00a0<b>personalmente en su lugar de residencia en Monter\u00eda y durante un solo d\u00eda<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Estas denuncias salen a la luz luego de que Pinilla anunciara que hab\u00eda solicitado un\u00a0<b>principio de oportunidad a la Fiscal\u00eda<\/b>\u00a0para rendir declaraciones frente a estos hechos y en principio, indicara que no hab\u00eda recibido respuesta alguna por parte de la entidad judicial. Aun as\u00ed, tras conocerse su confesi\u00f3n en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<b>la entidad lo cit\u00f3 el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 8 de mayo para rendir su versi\u00f3n de los
