{"id":72810,"date":"2024-05-07T10:40:45","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T15:40:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=72810"},"modified":"2024-05-07T10:40:45","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T15:40:45","slug":"super-h-llevado-a-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/super-h-llevado-a-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Super H, llevado a prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, una juez de control de garant\u00edas impuso una medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario a Wilber Honorio Mu\u00f1oz, conocido como S\u00faper H, como presunto responsable de abusar sexualmente a una menor de 13 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos investigados ocurrieron entre noviembre de 2022 y julio de 2023 en Neiva, donde al parecer el hoy imputado, quien es due\u00f1o de una escuela deportiva e instructor de triatl\u00f3n, le habr\u00eda realizado actos de acoso, hostigamiento y asedio f\u00edsico y verbal con fines sexuales a una adolescente.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la investigaci\u00f3n se pudo establecer que durante las clases de nataci\u00f3n le habr\u00eda realizado tocamientos \u00edntimos a la menor, as\u00ed como en un desplazamiento en bus hacia la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1 cuando la v\u00edctima iba a \u00a0participar en una prueba de triatl\u00f3n de juegos intercolegiados, en mayo de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Servidores del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI), en apoyo con la Polic\u00eda Nacional, capturaron a Mu\u00f1oz\u00a0 en la zona industrial de la capital huilense.<\/p>\n<p>Un fiscal del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Integral a V\u00edctimas de Abuso Sexual (CAIVAS) le imput\u00f3 los delitos de acto sexual violento, acceso carnal violento, acto sexual abusivo con incapaz de resistir, todos agravados; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n acoso sexual y demanda de explotaci\u00f3n sexual comercial con persona menor de 18 a\u00f1os.
