Prada fue citado<b>\u00a0a la primera audiencia por el alto tribunal para escuchar su versi\u00f3n de los hechos.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"max-w-screen-md prose prose-lg mx-auto mb-5\">\n<p data-type=\"text\">El exrepresentante del Centro Democr\u00e1tico deber\u00e1 responder por su presunta participaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad en la presi\u00f3n a testigos para que se retractaran de las acusaciones que hab\u00edan hecho en contra del expresidente Uribe y su hermano, el ganadero Santiago Uribe V\u00e9lez.<\/p>\n<div class=\"max-w-screen-md prose prose-lg mx-auto mb-5\">\n<p data-type=\"text\">La fecha de citaci\u00f3n a juicio se dio a conocer en una publicaci\u00f3n en la cuenta de X del senador Iv\u00e1n Cepeda, en la que se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cAnuncio que la Sala Especial de Primera Instancia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia cita al exrepresentante a la C\u00e1mara \u00c1lvaro Hern\u00e1n Prada<b>\u00a0a la primera audiencia en el juicio que se sigue en su contra, por presunto soborno en actuaci\u00f3n penal,<\/b>\u00a0en calidad de c\u00f3mplice;\u00a0caso por el cual tambi\u00e9n han sido llamados a juicio el expresidente \u00c1lvaro Uribe y el abogado Diego Cadena.
